JP tells TMZ he's in a relationship with Osmariel Villalobos, a Venezuelan TV show host and former beauty contestant. He says they've been dating for 3 months after sliding in each other's DMs.
Love's been a sore subject for JP ... you'll recall he picked Nikki in season 18 of "The Bachelor" but REFUSED to say he loved her in the finale. Didn't take long for the relationship to fizzle.
He digs she's a Leo ... and is stoked Osmariel gets along great with his 7-year-old daughter, Camila.
