But, ya can't blame the paps for wanting the money shot on Kim's skintight leather garb. They also brought some presents -- and by that we mean their muscle carried the gifts inside -- to celebrate Kristen Noel Crawley's 33rd birthday. She's a friend ... and founder of the beauty line KNC Beauty.
Kourtney Kardashian also showed up as did Canadian supermodel Winnie Harlow ... all of whom were there for Kristen's big night. Kim's in happy birthday mode ... celebrating at parties for Khloe, Larsa Pippen and now Kristen in just the last couple weeks.
