'Fairly OddParents' Star Jim Ward Dead at 66

Jim Ward -- the beloved actor who lent his voice to many popular cartoon characters and video games -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Jim's wife, Janice, tells TMZ Jim passed away Wednesday at 10:45 AM due to complications from advanced Alzheimer's.

We're told he was being treated in Los Angeles at Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care when he passed.

Fans will remember Jim for voicing characters like Doug Dimmadome and Chet Ubetcha on "The Fairly OddParents."

Before 2021, he was the voice of Captain Qwark from the video game series "Ratchet & Clank." Complications from advanced Alzheimer's prevented him from featuring in later editions of the video game series.

He was 66.

Pauline Potter -- who starred in season 3 of "My 600-lb Life" -- has died.

Pauline's son Dillon confirmed his mom's passing in a moving YouTube video, saying she died Thanksgiving Day.

Her death comes just months after she and Dillon were involved in a car accident, which totaled their vehicle. According to Dillon, the incident occurred in January and left his mom with broken ribs and other injuries ... she was still suffering those injuries during her last moments.

Camryn Magness -- a musician who once opened for One Direction and Fifth Harmony -- has died.

The heartbreaking news was announced on her social media pages Tuesday alongside a clip of her scuba diving while blowing a kiss to the camera. Her mother, Sarah, tells TMZ she died after being hit while riding an electric scooter in Miami, Florida.

The social announcement read ... "Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of our beloved Camryn, a radiant force whose voice, coy, and bright spirit touched so many. Whether beneath the waves or on stage, she met life with fearless energy and boundless kindness."

Her obituary adds she died last Friday and was engaged to her fiancé, Christian. They had been together for several years.

Her mother tells us there will not be a public memorial held, but that her team is keeping up her Instagram, "that's a good place to go and mourn her loss."

Ex-NBA'er Isaiah Rider Arrested For Violating Protective Order

NBA champion Isaiah Rider was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly violated a court order ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us that the 54-year-old was arrested on December 4 and charged with one count of interfering with judicial proceedings.

According to court documents we obtained ... "J.R.'s" wife, Vanessa, filed for a protective order back in July 2025. In the application, she alleged Rider was aggressive on multiple occasions, including a time when she claims Isaiah said, "You're gonna get your ass slapped."

Jen Shah finally reunited with her family and friends after spending 33 months behind bars in Texas ... marking the first time she's been seen since her prison release.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" alum was captured arriving at Salt Lake City International Airport on Wednesday night after flying home on a commercial flight from Texas, where she'd been incarcerated since 2022.

Several friends and family members were waiting to welcome her at the airport, greeting her with balloons, flowers, and emotional embraces. Jen was accompanied on the flight by her husband, Sharrieff Shah.

It appears CBS is taking another look at David Del Rio and his sexual assault allegation leveled against him by his "Matlock" costar ... because TMZ has learned the studio has reopened its investigation.

TMZ broke the news ... Del Rio was booted from the hit show after the actor had been accused of sexually assaulting actress Leah Lewis on Paramount property back in October.

As everyone knows, Andy was caught on video slumped over on cement stairs outside a building in Hollywood as two friends rushed to his aid to bring him back from the brink. One of the men is seen screaming at Andy to "wake up" while the other administers a shot of Narcan -- a life-saving medication used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses.

Andy kicked off Wednesday's interview by telling our cameraman he's now "100 percent fine." Then he changed his answer to "110 percent," while flanked on either side by his buddies -- both of whom were featured in the overdose video.
