Patti LaBelle's nephew says the singer made him move out of her house over his support for Donald Trump ... and he claims he's still getting the cold shoulder.

Byl Holte took to X to rant and rave about how Patti allegedly gave him the boot around Christmas in 2019, after he'd spent 12 years living under her roof.

According to Holte, he confronted her and her family for talking about Trump being a threat, saying to them ... "Why should I be afraid of trump when you're the one who just made me homeless?"

Chris Hansen was turned away from a screening of the new movie that's all about him ... and while he says he didn't want to "sign away" his rights, he actually refused to sign a standard NDA.

Here's the deal ... the TV host went on Fox News to complain about getting turned away from a private screening of "Primetime" -- the new movie starring Robert Pattinson as him -- claiming he showed up ready to watch the flick ... only to be asked to sign a "very restrictive agreement."

Chris says, "The lawyers at A24 wanted me to sign away my rights to my name, image, and brand, essentially, as well as any potential legal rights that would come out of the movie. I couldn't sign that, so they didn't show me the film. I went all the way over there."

However, a studio source tells TMZ ... Chris' version of events are BS -- because he was simply given the standard NDA that everyone else was asked to sign to avoid spoilers. At no time was he asked to sign away his name, image or brand. And since he didn't want to play ball ... he didn't get to watch. Simple as that.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is trying to make amends after resurfaced prison calls featured her using the n-word.

Here's the deal ... while doing hard time for her role in the 2015 murder of her mother Dee Dee, Gypsy made a few calls to her family and her ex, Ryan Anderson ... and in some of those conversations she used the racial slur.

GRB attempted to apologize and take accountability for the racist language and "cruel, disrespectful comments" in a post on her since-deleted TikTok account, writing ... "I was wrong. The words were racist, and I take full responsibility for saying them. There is no excuse for the language or the pain it's caused."

Gwyneth Paltrow is clapping back at critics of her alleged "off-the-record" dinner invite for OpenAI CEO Sam Altman ... she's trolling, but she's not denying it.

Here's the deal ... in a recent newsletter from Puck, Matthew Belloni writes that Gwyneth is planning to host the billionaire at her Hamptons home for an "off-the-record al fresco dinner."

Belloni also shared a graphic of the alleged invite ... and Gwyneth's been getting a bit of heat on social media for it.

Miss Grand USA has yanked Mekyla Li's crown just one week into her reign ... amid some serious legal drama surrounding the beauty queen.

The pageant organization announced Wednesday that it was terminating Mekyla's reign and releasing her from the Miss Grand USA title and all associated duties ... saying the decision was made in accordance with its contractual policies. PEOPLE was first to report.

The organization didn't specifically say what triggered Mekyla's sudden dethroning ... but she's reportedly facing two felony hit-and-run charges stemming from a November 2024 crash in Los Angeles.

Surrogate McKenna West is scoffing at the biological parents being upset at her for naming the newborn baby Gabriel amid their nasty court battle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, McKenna asked the court to toss the counterclaims brought by Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed ... after they demanded more than $100,000 in damages.

Nausheen and Omar alleged they suffered emotional distress and other damages from the ordeal McKenna put them through when she refused to abort the baby against their wishes after finding out it had a heart defect.

McKenna flew to Texas to give birth, but the biological parents have been temporarily awarded custody and decision-making authority over the baby. The court battle remains ongoing.

In her new filing, McKenna said Nausheen and Omar claim McKenna is violating their surrogacy agreement by calling the baby Gabriel. Nausheen and Omar insist the baby's name is Rumi.

Elon Musk is doubling down on his defense of Derek Chauvin ... insisting the former Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd is innocent and should be freed.

Elon weighed in Wednesday on X ... saying Chauvin was "unjustly convicted of murder" and claiming the facts show Chauvin did not cause Floyd's death or intend for anyone to die.

The billionaire definitively declared Chauvin "is not a murderer."

Suge Knight told us a WILD story about Tupac, and it ends with his ashes being rolled up in a blunt.

Suge, who was with Tupac in Vegas when the rapper was shot, tells TMZ ... immediately after Tupac died, his mom wanted him cremated.

The biological parents of the child born by surrogate McKenna West are demanding a hefty sum in damages for her "outrageous conduct" ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained the countersuit Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed filed against McKenna weeks before McKenna gave birth to their child in Texas. McKenna named the baby "Gabriel" while the biological parents say the kid's name is Rumi.

In the suit, Nausheen and Omar are asking a judge to award them more than $100K in damages from McKenna for breaching the deal ... plus unspecified damages for the "malicious, outrageous conduct" they believe she committed.

Rep. Randy Fine is projected to win the Republican Primary in Florida's 6th Congressional District ... which means Dan Bilzerian's political run has come to an end -- but he put up a good fight for not giving AF.

Per local reports ... Fine was the projected winner with nearly 60% of the vote, totaling more than 44K -- but Dan was in second with 19% of the vote, more than 14K ballots cast in his favor.

Dan previously told TMZ .... he didn't even want to be in Congress -- he was only running because he hates the job elected officials are doing now.
