Luigi Mangione seemed to finally feel the full weight of his crime in court, becoming emotional during the proceedings ... so says the sketch artist.

Christine Cornell -- who has sketched Luigi numerous times during his legal journey -- said on CNN he's always seemed distant in the courtroom ... listening intently to the hearings but not conveying any feeling.

She likens him to a husky ... a beautiful dog -- but it's impossible to tell exactly what they're thinking.

Nick Reiner is calling BS on the executor of his trust ... telling the court he didn't give any consent to withhold money from him he says was owed to him under the terms of the trust when he turned 30.

Reiner filed a new legal document on Friday in which he says successor trustee Jodi Pais Montgomery's claim that he told a past trustee he'd leave the money in the account as "trust property" isn't true.

He also says the claim that his mother, Michele Reiner, told a previous trustee that he knew he could take the money when he turned 30 and therefore was consenting to leave it in the account when he didn't remove it is also not valid consent ... because he didn't authoritze his mother or anyone to make such a statement.

The 13-year-old boy in Arizona facing a misdemeanor assault charge over a gym class dodgeball game says he never meant to hurt anyone ... but admits he's nervous about going to court.

Abel Schipper and his mom, Cecily, joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday ... and he insisted he never tried to hurt his ex-girlfriend when he and two friends threw foam dodgeballs at her during a warm-up.

Abel says the kids were throwing at random classmates before targeting his ex ... and denies they scrunched up the foam balls to make them hit harder. As for her large bruises, Abel says he has no idea how they got so severe.

Courtney Clenney is having a rough go of it in jail, getting into fights with other female inmates who have threatened her because she killed her boyfriend ... at least according to her lawyer.

Clenney's attorney, Frank Prieto, tells TMZ ... Courtney has received numerous threats from other female inmates, mostly Black women, in the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Center.

Prieto tells us the other inmates would start the fights, shoving Clenney and saying, "You killed your boyfriend ... I'm gonna f*** you up." Prieto noted the incidents never escalated into full-scale violence, but Clenney felt as if her life was in danger at times.

Luigi Mangione's lawyer says his federal guilty pleas should knock out the state murder case against him ... arguing he can't be prosecuted twice over the same killing.

Attorney Karen Friedman Agnifilo spoke outside the courthouse Friday after Mangione pleaded guilty to federal charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson ... saying her client has now accepted "full responsibility" for Thompson's death.

Agnifilo says Mangione suffered years of severe pain from a broken back and believed the healthcare and insurance systems had failed him ... but her big argument Friday was that the killing was one event, and Mangione shouldn't be prosecuted twice for it.

In fact, his lawyers aren't wasting any time ... Agnifilo has filed a motion, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to toss the state case under New York's double jeopardy protections.

Lindsay Clancy's toxicology report identifies four prescription medications in a blood specimen collected from her on the day she allegedly murdered her three kids ... and now you can read through the findings.

The report, obtained by TMZ, was admitted as evidence in court during her murder trial in Massachusetts.

It says blood taken from Clancy identified lamotrigine, mirtazapine, quetiapine, and trazodone -- prescription medications used to treat mental health conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, and sleep issues.

Luigi Mangione D.A. Pissed Off over Federal Plea Deal

Prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office have been pissed off at Luigi Mangione's team for trying to sabotage its case by striking a plea bargain with the feds.

The judge in the state case just unsealed docs, one of which was a letter to the court, dated July 2, 2026, in which Assistant D.A. Joel Seidemann wrote that his office had heard rumblings of a plea bargain in the federal case.

As TMZ reported, if Luigi were to plead guilty to stalking in the federal case, the state case would be dismissed based on double jeopardy.

Steven Tyler is fighting his teen abuse accuser over abortion evidence in their upcoming trial ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Steven and Julia Holcomb are going back and forth over whether the jury should be able to hear about two abortions Julia received.

Steven asked to exclude any evidence or reference to a 1975 abortion because he says it occurred in Massachusetts after she turned 18 and doesn't have any connection to sexual conduct in California.

However, Steven says if the judge does allow talk of the 1975 abortion, which would have been his kid, he wants permission to talk about a second abortion she got in 1979, when she was pregnant with another man's child.

Lindsay Clancy exchanged loving texts with her then-husband just hours before she allegedly murdered their 3 children ... with Patrick Clancy even calling her a good mom ... at least according to text messages shown in court.

Lindsay's defense highlighted the messages Thursday while questioning Massachusetts State Police cell forensics expert Timothy Chiappini during her murder trial.

Chiappini testified Patrick started texting Lindsay around 8:42 AM the morning of the alleged murders ... asking how things were going. After she sent Patrick a photo of Dawson and Cora with a snowman that morning, Patrick called her a "good mama" ... prompting Lindsay to respond with a smiling face and heart emojis.

Here are the crime scene photographs shown in court during Lindsay Clancy's murder trial ... and they're disturbing.

The pics were taken inside and outside Lindsay's Massachusetts home -- where she allegedly murdered her three kids -- and they show a bloody knife, the exercise bands prosecutors allege were used to kill the kids, various medications Clancy was prescribed, and the second-story bedroom window where she allegedly attempted to take her own life.

A Massachusetts State Police crime scene supervisor testified investigators documented blood evidence in several locations inside the home ... including the bedroom, a nightstand where the knife was photographed, a mirror and the windowsill. He said investigators also examined evidence outside the home, including stains near the window.

Rep. Max Miller is facing yet another legal battle with his ex-wife Emily Moreno ... she's suing him and his attorney -- on behalf of their young daughter -- claiming they put a nude photo of the 2-year-old online.

According to the complaint -- filed in federal court in Ohio and obtained by TMZ -- Moreno claims Miller and his lawyer Aaron Minc recklessly published and distributed an image exposing the child's genitalia.

Moreno says Miller provided Minc with a trove of documents and photos in order to combat the public fallout from Moreno's abuse allegations ... and was "indifferent" about what the files contained and how they were used.

According to the complaint ... the nude photo was placed in a Dropbox folder Miller dished out to plenty of people after livestreaming on X, where he defended himself and denied Moreno's previous allegations.

Emotional outburst from Lindsay Clancy ... she broke down sobbing in court while the medical examiner testified in her triple-murder trial.

When Dr. Barbara Olson took the stand on Wednesday, Lindsay started crying so hard that the judge had to call a break and get the jury out of the room.

Dr. Olson was describing 5-year-old Cora's autopsy ... mentioning bruising and discussing the pain and damage associated with dying from strangulation.

Nick Reiner Indicted on New Murder Charges ... Special Circumstances Added

Nick Reiner has been indicted for allegedly murdering his parents -- Rob and Michele Reiner -- and special circumstance allegations have been added.

According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ... Reiner pled not guilty Wednesday to two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait after a grand jury indictment was unsealed. He also faces another special allegation that he personally used a dangerous and deadly weapon, a knife.

Special circumstances can increase potential penalties for Nick if he's found guilty at trial. It's unclear if prosecutors plan to pursue the death penalty, but it opens the door for the D.A. to pursue capital punishment if Nick is convicted.
