Xavier Worthy is suing his ex, alleging she abused him and fabricated claims of domestic violence in an effort to "extort a home, money, cars, and other valuables" from him.

The Kansas City Chiefs star filed the lawsuit in Texas on Monday morning ... less than three weeks after he was arrested over Tia Jones' claims that he choked her during a March 7 dispute at their Williamson County home.

Worthy alleged in the docs that he's actually the real victim ... claiming Jones was the one who became violent -- and "extortive" -- after he says he found out in late February that she had cheated on him.

Prison inmate Charles Miles gave notorious wife-killer Scott Peterson a beating behind bars earlier this month ... and now he's sharing his side of the story.

In an exclusive preview clip obtained by TMZ, Charles tells Court TV via phone call he went into "attack mode" after Scott rammed into him during a game of pickleball. He says Scott "aggressively" sprinted at him with his paddle in hand --allegedly to chase the ball -- and made no effort to avoid him.

This pissed Charles off, who says he "beat him down to the ground" and "beat the hell out of him." Charles says there was a bit of a struggle, but once he overpowered Scott, he climbed on him and started pounding him.

A Wisconsin teen has an unusual defense for allegedly stabbing his mom to death ... he claims he was inspired to commit the savage crime by the notorious Menendez brothers, who killed their own parents with shotguns.

Racine County prosecutors charged 15-year-old Reed Gelinskey with intentional homicide after the March 4 attack on his mother, Suzanne, in their home in the village of Caledonia, about 20 miles south of Milwaukee. Prosecutors say Reed bashed Suzanne with a dumbbell and stabbed her three times in the chest and twice in the neck, killing her.

According to a criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, Reed allegedly planned the gruesome murder while watching the shotgun scene in the Menendez brothers' Netflix documentary, "The Menendez Brothers." Reed reportedly referenced the scene that shows the murder of their parents, José and Mary Louise "Kitty" Menendez, when talking to cops.

As you know, Erik and Lyle Menendez wielded shotguns and fatally shot their parents in their Beverly Hills mansion in 1989. After two trials, they were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole. The brothers are now making a bid to try to get out of prison through resentencing, a commutation or potential parole. They are expected to appear in court for a parole board hearing on June 13.

Rapper Mellow Rackz is in police crosshairs after cops say she got into a fight with her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend and swiped the woman's cell phone.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Mellow Rackz is a named suspect on a robbery report after getting into a fight in the lobby of a West Hollywood hotel early Monday morning and allegedly walking away with someone else's cell phone.

We're told Mellow was in town for Rolling Loud, and her boyfriend booked them a hotel room ... and also, unbeknownst to her, booked a room in the same hotel for his ex.

Yella Beezy is in police custody in Texas, where he's been arrested and hit with a capital murder charge in the death of rapper Mo3 ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper was busted in the Dallas area on Thursday, where he's currently in jail.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... Yella is accused of intentionally and knowingly causing the death of Melvin Noble AKA Mo3 on November 11, 2020.

A teacher from Indiana is facing a series of child sex abuse charges ... and, she allegedly had a very specific sexual scenario she asked the children to act out using replicas of the killers' masks from the "Scream" movie franchise.

Brittany Fortinberry, a 31-year-old former teacher at Eminence High School, is facing a slew of charges -- including child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and more -- for allegedly sexually abusing multiple children she met at two different schools last year.

A new court document goes into detail about the alleged sexual activity ... including an incident described as a "gangbang."

Matt Weiss -- a former assistant coach for the University of Michigan football team -- is now facing multiple criminal charges ... over allegations he downloaded intimate photos from hundreds of athletes' internet accounts after illegally hacking into them.

Federal prosecutors made the allegations in an indictment filed in Michigan on Thursday. They alleged Weiss gained access to over 3,300 accounts -- most belonging to female college athletes -- with the goal of obtaining "private photographs and videos never intended to be shared beyond intimate partners."

The feds wrote in the court filing that Weiss began committing the crimes around 2015 -- when he was an assistant on John Harbaugh's Baltimore Ravens staff -- and continued them all the way until 2023, when he was working at UM for John's brother, Jim Harbaugh.

Two weeks after getting smacked in the head with a baton by an opponent during a meet, causing a brain injury ... sprinter Kaelen Tucker is set to make her return to the track at an upcoming meet!

Tucker's father, Keith Tucker, tells TMZ Sports that doctors have cleared his daughter to run again ... following a concussion she suffered during the VHSL Class 3 State Indoor Championships in Virginia on March 4.

The injury occurred during the 4x200 relay race ... as Tucker, a junior track star, and senior Alaila Everett rounded the corner ... when Everett swung the baton, hitting Kaelen's head.

Erik and Lyle Menendez's family members held another rally to support the incarcerated brothers ... and, it touched on many of the same points they've been making in recent months -- and provided another forum to challenge L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

Family representatives for the Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition spoke outside Hochman's office in Downtown L.A. According to a press release, the group was set to discuss Hochman's "relentless fixation on the past, as he continues to dismiss who Erik and Lyle are today" ... and, they certainly hit on that.

Before the press conference even began, citizens gathered on the street overlooking the area to show support for the brothers ... bringing signs and wearing shirts calling for justice for Erik and Lyle. One even showed a picture of D.A. Hochman with the words "you're the liar" scrawled across his face.

Adam22 is swatting down accusations that his "No Jumper" platform led to the arrests of Big U, Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon ... all familiar faces on his podcasts!!!

According to the federal complaint, several comments and recounts made on the "No Jumper" podcast played a significant part in the sweeping raids that led to 18 arrests of Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips members, including Big U, who feds say is the ringleader.

Charges include drug trafficking, conspiracy, firearms offenses and bank fraud ... and feds were tipped off from the loose lips on the podcast mics.

An 18-year-old spring breaker landed himself in the slammer after allegedly biting off another young man's ear during a St. Patty's Day brawl that went down on Fort Myers Beach in Florida.

Jack Turner was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff's Office just after midnight on Tuesday after they obtained video that captured the fight -- and the gruesome act that left the victim with his ear detatched from his head.

A police report obtained by TMZ paints the horrific scene ... video reportedly shows the victim -- identified as Juwan Black -- lying face-down in the sand as Turner mounts his back. Turner allegedly strikes Black in the back of the head multiple times with clenched fists before grabbing his hair and pressing his head into the sand, per the report.

3/20/25 10:05 AM PT -- A spokesperson for the Bernalillo County prosecutor's office tells TMZ ... the third suspect wanted for murder in the hit-and-run death of a New Mexico man has been arrested. We're also told a pre-teen child will be charged with murder.

Bernalillo County D.A. Communications Director Nancy Laflin tells TMZ ... 11-year-old Messiah Hayes will face a murder charge. New Mexico law prevents a child under 12 years old from being detained in a juvenile facility ... but a child of that age can be charged with murder.

And the third suspect, 16-year-old William Garcia, who police were searching for, was arrested Wednesday night.

Laflin confirmed the three suspects were laughing as they hit the victim on his bicycle, after the video above cuts off.

Two minors have been arrested for murder in a fatal hit-and-run collision caught on camera from inside the car in Albuquerque, N.M. ... and authorities claim these are the boys heard laughing on video before their vehicle mowed down 63-year-old Scott Dwight Habermehl in May 2024.

TMZ obtained the disturbing footage, which authorities believe shows the moments before Johnathan Overbay, William Garcia, and Messiah Hayes decided to strike Habermehl with a stolen car. You can hear someone in the car instructing the driver to "just bump him, brah" and "go like, 15, 20."

The car audibly accelerates and giggles are heard, then the video ends just before the fatal moment. Police say Habermehl was riding his bike to work at about 4:40 AM when he was struck in the dedicated bike lane of the roadway.

Kylie Jenner's office building served as the nearby backdrop for a police apprehension ... because cops arrested a guy not far from the building, and they drew their guns!!!

Photogs who were camped in the area of Kylie's office hoping for a glimpse of the reality TV star got more than they bargained for Tuesday when a police bust played out right in front of them.

Eugene Henley Jr., AKA Big U -- an ex-manager of Nipsey Hussle and a high-ranking member of Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips street gang -- is now charged in a federal RICO complaint that includes allegations of murder, human trafficking and extortion.

Officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office in L.A. held a press conference Wednesday confirming 10 people have been arrested, including part-time rappers Bricc Baby and Luce Cannon ... who've been frequent guests on the 'No Jumper' podcast.

Big U is listed in the docs as the Rollin' 60s kingpin and is accused of murdering an aspiring Las Vegas rapper in January 2021 in Las Vegas after the unnamed rapper allegedly recorded a diss track taking shots at Big U.

Diddy's legal archenemy, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, is withdrawing himself from more than a dozen sex trafficking lawsuits filed against Diddy in New York federal court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Buzbee is moving to withdraw as a representing attorney in 15 cases filed in the Southern District of New York.

Buzbee says he's backing out of the lawsuits until he is admitted to practice law in SDNY.
