Daniela Braga's recovering from a recent break-in ... after she says she came home to find burglars had ransacked her house -- and made off with a huge haul.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Daniela arrived home late Tuesday night to discover her place had been burgled -- though the burglars were gone by the the time she arrived.

We're told the thieves smashed a back window to gain entry, then stole two safes, multiple designer bags and a ton of jewelry.

Lonzo Ball hasn't stepped foot on an NBA court as an active player in 942 days and counting ... but it's a streak the former 2nd overall pick tells us he plans to end this upcoming season!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Jessica -- who plays Sloan-Petersen Brady on "Days Of Our Lives" -- was hanging out in Malibu when her phone pinged her about the AirTag in her Range Rover.

We're told Jessica was immediately concerned, because she hadn't put any such device in her SUV, nor had she seen one. She worried someone had stashed it in her car -- perhaps in the engine compartment -- to keep tabs on her.

Sources close to Ryan tell us ... Ryan and Gypsy plan to delay DNA testing until after her baby girl is born ... since it's easier and cheaper to wait.

We're told the paternity test before the baby is born can cost anywhere between $500 to $2,000 -- whereas a post-birth test is in the $150 to $200 range.

Ariana Madix's brother Jeremy is in major trouble with the law ... police say he and an accomplice were busted with suitcases filled with over 100 pounds of marijuana.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ ...  Jeremy Madix – who has appeared on "Vanderpump Rules" with his famous sis – and Jonah Ahad were scheduled to board a February 16 flight to Frankfurt, Germany, from Orlando International Airport in Florida.

But, the dudes never got past the security checkpoint. The docs say Customs and Border Protection agents searched the pair's three suitcases – two of which belonged to Madix -- and were loaded with ganja. In fact, police say Madix's suitcases contained a total of 64 bags of pot weighing a whopping 76 pounds.

Skai Jackson won't face charges after her domestic battery arrest after fighting with her BF ... 'cause prosecutors say there just isn’t enough evidence to bring the case to trial.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... they’re declining to file charges because Skai has no criminal history, the alleged victim lacks injuries, and he's refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

Nicki Minaj is probably feeling vindicated ... because she just settled a lawsuit with a woman who made some wild statements against her ... and the woman had to apologize, admit she lied, and not mention Nicki and cocaine anymore … or else she'll have to pay a big penalty.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the settlement calls for Marley Green -- who goes by the social media persona "Nosey Heaux" -- to apologize for her false statements about Nicki ... namely, bogus claims Minaj was a cokehead.

TMZ broke the story ... Nicki sued Green back in September 2022 after she posted a video claiming Nicki was "shoving all this cocaine up her nose."
