Sundance Head, a country music star who won a season of "The Voice," is recovering from a gunshot wound ... after an incident on his Texas ranch.

The singer's agent, Trey Newman, tells TMZ ... Sundance Head was at his ranch in rural Texas on Friday when he was shot.

We're told paramedics were able to get Sundance Head in stable condition and he's being airlifted by helicopter to a hospital in Tyler, TX.

One of Kanye West's ex-employees is lashing out at his former boss, accusing him in a new lawsuit of antisemitism and lewd conduct with Bianca Censori ... during what were supposed to be work meetings.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Murphy Aficionado says he worked for Ye as a project manager, and claims Kanye was a nightmare boss. According to the suit, Kanye summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel room in November 2022, and when he entered, Ye was shirtless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned and his then-girlfriend Bianca was topless with her hands barely covering her breasts. He says it was obvious they had just had sex.

During the encounter, Ye referred to Candace Owens' former lawyer as a "Jewish spy." Then, Aficionado says, Kanye abruptly dashed toward the room where Bianca was and said, "Wait right here. Do NOT leave." He says within seconds he could hear "loud moaning and clapping" and it was apparent they were having sex again.

Skai Jackson's baby daddy, Deondre Burgin, is having one hell of a week … the Disney Channel alum's boyfriend was arrested a day after his social media was allegedly hacked.

According to an arrest report obtained by TMZ … Jackson’s fella was arrested in Cincinnati, Ohio Wednesday afternoon following a faceoff with police. The arrest report says Cincinnati police officers tried to arrest Burgin on a juvenile parole violation warrant … but he ran off when confronted by cops and then fell, causing a small cut on his left cheek.

The encounter was caught on video. Check it out … officers are seen wrestling Burgin to the ground, slapping cuffs on him, and pinning him down while waiting for backup to arrive.
