Chilli joined us on "TMZ Live" and shared how this Big Apple performance holds a lot of meaning for her and T-Boz -- especially since their last trip to Times Square in 2002 was to honor their late bandmate, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, shortly after her tragic death.

But, Chilli says it's not all tears and sadness ... there’s plenty of fun to be had as she gears up to bring the party to Times Square.

Big news for Shaun Weiss -- he's about to be a dad! TMZ's learned that his girlfriend Shannon is pregnant!

The 'Mighty Ducks' star spilled to TMZ that he and Shannon just found out the happy news last week -- and they're expecting their little one in August. The baby's already got a name locked in ... Charlie, after Shaun's dad, whether it's a boy or girl.

Shaun shared details about his love, too -- he and Shannon have been dating for two years and are tying the knot soon. This will be his first baby, so it looks like 2025's shaping up to be a big year for Shaun.

Actor Kusem Goodwind says being involved in the LeBron James-produced "Rez Ball" movie was the ultimate honor ... praising the Lakers superstar for giving Native Americans the spotlight with the film.

Goodwin portrayed Nataanii Jackson in the sports drama released in September, which followed a Native American high school basketball team competing for the state title after losing its star player.

Goodwin tells TMZ Sports he felt a deep sense of pride acting in the project ... especially because it highlights Indigenous athletes and brings attention to their experiences like never before.

6:41 p.m. PT -- Adam DeVine, who co-led and co-created "Workaholics," has broken his silence following Waymond Lee's passing ... noting in a new Instagram post that he was "gutted" by the news.

He added ... "He was such a kind man. My deepest condolences go out to his wife Diane and the rest of his family. He was always down to do whatever insane thing we wrote for him on Workaholics. He was always game. A true professional."

Waymond Lee, an actor best known for appearing in Comedy Central's "Workaholics," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Norine Lee, Waymond's sister, and Waymond’s wife, Diane, tell TMZ ... the actor passed away last week on Wednesday, Dec. 18 following complications from ALS -- a neurological disorder that impacts nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. For those unfamiliar, the disorder is often also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Luigi Mangione's got hundreds of people donating money to his defense fund ... and a spokesperson for one committee is explaining why they're trying to help him pay his legal fees.

Jamie Peck -- a member of The December 4th Legal Committee -- tells TMZ … part of the reason why they started the fund for Mangione is their belief everyone deserves a fair trial – even someone accused of terrorism.

While Peck makes it clear she isn't co-signing the violence, she hopes the case will have people talking about the broken healthcare system in America.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are showing they're cool with each other during the holiday season.

Kyle and Mauricio were spotted walking through the streets of Aspen on Saturday, alongside their dog. From the looks of it, they're doing some last-minute shopping before the big holiday.

At one point, Mauricio wrapped his arm around Kyle's waist.

We caught up with the funny man at LAX, where the stand-up star explained his reasoning behind skipping gift exchanges with friends during the holiday season. As he put it ... he "never" buys holiday presents for his friends, declaring it's weird to give pals gifts for any reason.

He added ... "If you do buy a gift, you definitely can't give a card. First of all, there's no cards made for best friends. You've never seen that in the card section. You see mother, father, child, grandmother, secretary, love -- never for homies."

Armani Latimer -- the Cowboys cheerleader who danced without a wig earlier this month -- tells TMZ Sports she's thrilled with the way her performance has brought awareness to alopecia.

Latimer explained to us this week that the national conversation she kicked up by cheering on the Cowboys against the Bengals on Dec. 9 at AT&T Stadium while bald has warmed her heart.

She says the responses she's seen have all been mostly positive ... and some people have even approached her to tell her about how it helped them learn more about the autoimmune disorder that causes hair loss.

Three-time NBA champion Danny Green is fired up for his alma mater's football team ... telling TMZ Sports he really thinks Bill Belichick can turn UNC around.

The former New England Patriots head man stunned the sports world this month when he took the Tar Heels coaching job ... and while some are skeptical he can effectively make the turn from the pros to college, Green made it clear to us out at LAX he's not in that camp.
