Wendy Williams has some good and some bad days when it comes to her health, but people should not assume she's totally fine just because she's doing interviews ... so says her lawyer.

Roberta Kaplan, Wendy's attorney, tells us ... Wendy is still dealing with frontal lobe dementia -- a neurological disease with no cure.

Roberta says that's why a NY state court found her unable to make legal and financial decisions on her own, and -- due to the degenerative nature of the disease -- she will require care for the remainder of her life.

Bruce Willis is thanking first responders in Los Angeles after wildfires took a toll on the city ... and he's making an extremely rare appearance in public.

The actor's wife, Emma Heming, just shared video of Bruce shaking hands and chatting up a couple LAPD officers on the streets of L.A.

In a rare interview, Wendy opens up about her lack of well-being on "The Breakfast Club," where she went in depth about how she's been mistreated over the past three years by her conservator, Sabrina Morrissey.

Wendy called in to the popular radio show, since she was unable to leave what's described as a "luxury prison." Wendy was joined on the call by her niece, Alex, who helped expand on Wendy's poor living conditions.

Kelly Stafford says she felt massive guilt bringing her sick children aboard the L.A. Rams charter flight ... knowing the players had a hugely important playoff game on the horizon!

Stafford opened up on the situation on the latest episode of "The Morning After" ... just days after she documented her daughters' sickness on social media in the leadup to the Wild Card tilt vs. the Vikings.

"We were sick on that flight," Stafford said, "and there was a huge guilt factor to me going 'should we be on this plane right now because everyone surrounding us and everyone who has to play this game?'"

William likely drew on his experience as a Royal Air Force search-and-rescue pilot and with the East Anglian Air Ambulance crew to connect with the paramedics.

Kate Middleton has confirmed her cancer is now in remission and she's focusing on recovery and a fulfilling year ahead, while also thanking the medical center that treated her.

Frank Valentini -- an executive producer on the long-running soap -- wrote the statement ... highlighting Charleson's enduring legacy after more than 50 years on the show.

Valentini writes that just as Leslie's character was the heart of the Quartermaine family on the show, she was a matriarch to the cast and crew ... and, she will be deeply missed. Frank did not mention a cause of death.
