Check out the pics -- Ben and his 13-year-old son were out on Easter Sunday hitting up BAIT boutique in L.A., where the actor was spotted loading a DC Batman Hush figure, which retails for just over $400, into his car.

Looks like Samuel, Ben’s son with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, was getting the royal treatment -- 'cause before their toy shopping spree, the father-son duo also made a pit stop at World Market.

Money is a big motivator... and Post Malone is going to save a ton of money by battling his ex in a Utah court instead of a California court as they fight over child custody and support ... and it's all because of timing.

Here's the deal ... Post Malone's ex-fiancée Hee Sung "Jamie" Park filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, but Post had already filed his own custody documents in Utah ... and we've learned that's where the case will be handled.

That's good news for Post Malone's finances and bad news for Park ... because California allows for higher payments when it comes to child support.

A new ad circulating on social media hits MAGA right in the crotch!

The spot shows 2 utility workers griping about their taxes as they walk down a hallway, and then open a door to a computer server room -- but they find a GOP congressman on his knees "servicing" a rich campaign donor ... you get the picture.

The ad is funded by a Democratic Super PAC called the Progress Action Fund that's clearly no friend to MAGA. As one of the group's founders put it, "MAGA is going to HATE this ad. NASTY but accurate."

Karmelo Anthony has not withdrawn funds from his nearly $450,000 GiveSendGo fundraiser ... even after he walked free from the slammer on a $250K bond Monday.

Sean Kingston was in lockup Tuesday 'cause he couldn’t cough up the $100K cash bond tied to his federal wire fraud case.

Kingston, who got hit with a guilty verdict last month alongside his mom, Janice Turner, on all five charges, is now sitting tight at the Federal Detention Center in Miami, TMZ has learned.

Following his conviction last month, he was confined to home detention pending sentencing on the condition he could post a $100K cash bond. But now that the singer and rapper is unable to come up with the money, he's been taken into custody.

2:23 PM PT -- Just hours after a judge in Texas agreed to drastically reduce Karmelo Anthony's bond amount, the 17-year-old is out of the local county jail.

A local reporter, Steven Dial of FOX 4 Dallas, captured the moment Anthony walked out of the facility ... where he's been since April 2.

Karmelo Anthony -- the teenager charged with the murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf -- had his bond drastically reduced during a court hearing Monday morning ... from $1,000,000 to $250,000.

Mike Howard, Anthony's new attorney, argued the $1 million bond was unnecessary ... as his client has no history of criminal activity.

"Give this young man a chance to get out of jail and be with his family," Howard said.

An alarming situation is playing out at UnitedHealthcare HQ in Minnesota -- cops say a man is in custody after reports of an intruder ... and we've learned the guy told law enforcement he had a gun, and now the FBI is involved.

Our sources tell us the man is currently being detained by authorities ... and the FBI and police are questioning him after finding a gun in his car. This comes months after Luigi Mangione allegedly shot former UHC CEO Brian Thompson to death in Manhattan.

Before being taken into custody, the guy was on the phone with law enforcement while sitting in his car ... he reportedly sounded agitated as he asked for a negotiator, admitted he had a pistol, demanded $1 million, and said he wouldn't be taken alive.
