D4vd's Rented Hollywood Home On The Market for Nearly 16k A Month!

The Los Angeles home D4vd was renting when he was arrested for murder is now up for grabs ... TMZ has learned.

According to property records obtained by TMZ, the furnished Hollywood Hills home above the Sunset Strip hit the market Saturday for $15,950 a month.

The 3,153-square-foot property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, spa, cabana, and a steam shower in the primary bathroom. The recently updated home also has new flooring, high-end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and marble countertops.

Convicted Tupac Shakur killer Duane "Keffe D" Davis is maintaining his innocence ahead of his sentencing, saying he didn't do "s—t" and wasn't anywhere near the murder scene.

Davis was interviewed by the Hollywood Reporter for an article published Friday after he was recently convicted of the 1996 murder of the iconic rapper during a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. At his trial, prosecutors said Davis did not pull the trigger but passed a gun to the shooter, who then pumped Tupac full of bullets.

Davis told the Hollywood Reporter ... "I’m innocent, man. They got an innocent man sitting in jail." But he vowed to be released from prison, saying he had already filed an appeal with the state court.

Corie was arrested after cops came to her home on Tuesday. Officers arrived to find a 17-year-old neighbor giving the young child CPR. Law enforcement rushed the toddler to the hospital, where officials said he died.

Closing arguments in Lindsay Clancy's triple-murder trial just wrapped up.

The final pitches -- from prosecutors and the defense -- came after more than 20 days of testimony in the Massachusetts mother’s closely watched trial.

Lindsay is accused of strangling her three children -- 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan -- and then attempting suicide inside their home in January 2023.

She has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder ... with her defense arguing she was suffering from postpartum psychosis, and, therefore, not criminally responsible for the killings.

Lindsay Clancy will not be getting a mistrial ... after the judge shot down her defense team's request Monday following controversial testimony about religion.

The drama unfolded during testimony from forensic psychologist Dr. Kirk Heilbrun, who brought up Clancy's belief that she and her children would be together in heaven ... and referenced Catholic teachings on suicide being a "mortal sin."

Clancy's attorney immediately objected and asked for a mistrial, calling the testimony "over the top ... talking about religion, talking about heaven, talking about killing people and the impact it would have on Lindsay as well as her children."

But Judge William Sullivan said no dice.

A Colorado man has been charged with murdering his wife after claiming she died by suicide when she was found dead in their bathroom.

Patrick Theodore Barnett was arrested by the Lakewood Police Department in Colorado days after his wife, Lindsey Barnett, was found dead in their bathtub with her throat slit, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.

In addition to the first-degree murder charge, he was also charged with tampering with a deceased human body and tampering with physical evidence, the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced. All three charges are felonies.

According to the affidavit, Patrick called 911 and told dispatchers Lindsey had "cut herself and her throat."

He claimed he found her after spending the night in the basement because they had a fight the previous night. He also reportedly told police his wife was suffering from postpartum depression.

Alleged Tupac Shakur killer Duane "Keffe D" Davis is doing "pretty good" in jail as his murder trial kicks off in Las Vegas ... and he's not nervous about going to state prison for life if he's convicted ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

Keffe D's trial began Monday with jury selection ... after he pleaded not guilty to Tupac's 1996 murder. Prosecutors say Keefe plotted the murder in Vegas and produced the gun used to assassinate the rapper ... but someone else fired the kill shot.

In 2023, Keefe was finally arrested for Tupac's murder after years of bragging about his alleged involvement during media interviews and under police questioning, where he had immunity. Following his arrest, Keefe was transferred to the Clark County Detention Center, where he has been locked up ever since, awaiting trial.  

Our sources say Keefe isn't scared of prison because he's been in and out of the slammer over the years ... but he still doesn't want to spend the rest of his days there.
