The Menendez family is blaming the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office for the hospitalization of Terry Baralt -- Erik and Lyle's aunt ... claiming the graphic crime scene photos they were shown did a number on her health.

In a press release from the Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition -- a collective of family members fighting for the brothers' release -- the group confirmed our story that Baralt had been found unresponsive in her hotel room.

The coalition says the D.A.'s office didn't give the family a heads up that they would be presenting photos of the crime scene at Friday's resentencing hearing ... a violation of Marsy's Law, a law designed to protect the victims of crimes.

Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre has been released from a hospital almost a week after claiming she only had four days to live after her car was struck in a what she described as a brutal crash with a school bus.

Guess Giuffre’s prediction was off -- 'cause six days after the accident, she was escorted out of view of waiting media on Monday from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, according to the West Australian.

Virginia's current condition isn't clear yet ... but to be given the green light to go home surely means she's on the mend.

Jeff Ross landed in the hospital ... after a sudden and apparently severe allergic reaction to something he ate.

Jeff took to Instagram revealing he was in Mill Valley, CA for a comedy show on Saturday night and after the show him and the band celebrated at a restaurant. He says they ate burrata ice cream and shortly after his lips started puffing up.

He writes ... "It was delicious. Seriously yummy. But my lips blew up and I spent the entire night in the ER. It was my first allergic reaction ever. I guess that’s pretty remarkable considering I’m constantly shoving whatever food is in front of me into my face."

The producer/DJ just posted a photo of himself in the hospital, explaining how some heavy lifting during a DJ set resulted in him needing medical attention.

Australian officials have confirmed a "minor crash" between a bus and a car, just after Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre claimed she had only a few days to live following an accident.

Western Australia Police haven’t confirmed if the crash is directly linked to Giuffre who is currently at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital ... but they did say there were no injuries reported in the incident, which happened in Neergabby, 12 miles north of Perth, around 3:00 PM on March 24.

The police said in a statement the bus driver reported the accident the following day, and the car involved in the crash sustained about $2,000 in damage. There were no reports of bus passengers.
