LANY frontman Paul Jason Klein is on the road to recovery after revealing a nasty car accident resulted in his recent hospitalization.

The pop singer posted some alarming photos Tuesday showing himself in a hospital bed, and recovering at home ... and he told fans he got banged up when his Vespa was struck by another vehicle last week.

Paul says he was on his way home from the gym on his moped ... and the next thing he remembers is waking up on a stretcher as he was loaded into an ambulance. He has no recollection of the collision, but is grateful to be alive.

Alexander Morris -- who joined the band in 2019 as a vocalist -- filed suit against Michigan's Ascension Macomb Oakland Hospital ... explaining he was rushed by ambulance last April with chest pain and difficulty breathing, and when he got there he told a nurse and security guard he was a member of the famous Motown band.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, AM says he wanted the hospital staff to know he was famous because of security concerns with stalkers and fans ... but he says a white security guard and a white ER doctor didn't believe he was famous and figured he was mentally ill.

Great news on BJ Thompson ... the Chiefs defensive lineman was released from the hospital days after going into cardiac arrest at a team meeting!

Thompson's agent Chris Turnage confirmed to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero that the 25-year-old was discharged from the Kansas City, Missouri hospital on Tuesday ... and his loved ones are very grateful for the love they were shown.

The bull that went on a wild rampage at an Oregon rodeo on Saturday night will NOT be euthanized ... TMZ Sports has learned it's been sent back to its home ranch instead.

Brian Witt -- VP of Sisters Rodeo -- tells us the plan is for the animal, nicknamed "Party Bus," to receive further training at the farm to prevent a similar incident in the future. Witt says the bull will take the rest of the year off from bucking ... and if it receives proper clearance, it could potentially return to shows at a later date.

The news will surprise many ... considering Party Bus left multiple people injured when it leaped over fencing and wreaked havoc at the sold-out 84th Sisters Rodeo in Deschutes County.

Two people ended up in the hospital after a small floatplane collided with a pleasure boat in Vancouver -- and the video footage is jaw-dropping ... 'cause it uses the vessel like a ramp.

Check out the chaos unfold from Saturday -- the Harbour Air floatplane was prepping for takeoff when it collided with the boat, not able to lift up off the water in time ... and the impact was so intense, it sent the boat spinning towards the plane before it started sinking.
