The birthday girl exited the eatery holding up birthday cupcakes with her own baby photo embossed on the icing -- proving that when it comes to publicity, she makes the cake.

But last night, outside of New York's Bar Pitti, she trumped all that with her latest trick -- making her face completely disappear.

Finally, she's found a way to prevent the paps from getting a face shot!

Cameras swarmed Spears when she popped into a Quizno's in Brentwood to use their restroom on Monday afternoon. When she was done using the facilities, she called to a cameramen waiting outside to join her. Adnan, a Finalpixx photographer, taped his closed door exchange with Britney.

Also at the event was whiney rapper Kanye West, a non-Photoshopped Kathy Griffin, vampire slayer Sarah Michelle Gellar, and leather jacket-obsessed James Blunt. Chicken dancer Bai Ling clucked around, and R&B queen Mary J. Blige looked fierce in all white.

Not ready for prime time playas, Joe and Joseph, were at Club Area last night, putting those important lessons from "The Pick Up Artist" to the test. Joe divulged the secret to their newfound prowess; "You be real, you have confidence, you can bang anyone, baby."

As The Tush was about to head over to Les Deux, a TMZ photog asked her, "What celebrities would you like to see in a sex tape?" This was a little awkward for the stylish Miss K, as she has her own sex tape, "Kim K. Superstar." Amazingly, Kim gives the thoughtful response: "Jennifer Lopez."
