HGTV stars Eilyn and Ray Jimenez are devastated ... their beloved pup Aria died in what was supposed to be the care of a professional pet-sitter ... who they claim made up a story to cover up the fact their pooch was brutally killed by another canine while they were out of town.

In an IG post this week, the "Divided by Design" couple shared sweet shots of their 12-year-old Shih Tzu ... with a chilling message splashed across the pics -- "If you think your pet is safe with your pet sitter, think again."

In the caption, they said when they got back to their Miami home on August 29 after two days away, their Rover.com pet-sitter was in tears ... claiming Aria had passed away peacefully in her sleep.

Kylie Jenner is heartbroken over the loss of a beloved family member -- her longtime pup, Norman.

In a tearful IG post Wednesday ... Kylie dropped a flood of sweet pics of Norman, along with a heartfelt tribute to the pup she first got for Christmas when she was just 17.

Kylie was clearly shattered ... saying her Italian Greyhound didn’t just complete her life, but brought pure joy to everyone who knew him.

A Texas man is accusing a Customs and Border Protection agent of fatally shooting his pet dog during a sweep for undocumented migrants at his home -- but the feds say the pooch was at fault because it was too hostile.

Although the shooting went down in early September ... the story of what happened stayed under the radar until this past weekend and TMZ just got an update from the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees CBP.

A spokesperson for DHS tells us ... CBP agents entered the El Paso residence with consent from the homeowner. While they were inside, the owner's dog, named Chop, "aggressively charged [at] the agent" and "fearing for his safety, the officer discharged their firearm." DHS says its is currently reviewing the matter.

WWE Superstar Sheamus just shared some heartbreaking news ... announcing the death of his dog, Betty -- just weeks after she completed her last round of chemo.

The Grand Slam Champion mourned the devastating loss in a lengthy Instagram post on Wednesday ... saying the past few years were incredibly special with her in his life.

"Even though our time together was cut far too short, I'll never regret the decision to make her part of our family. She brought so much joy and happiness into our home and into the lives of everyone who met her," Sheamus said.

Tyrese Gibson's neighbor is lawyering up ... after the actor's dogs allegedly mauled and killed his pooch.

Attorney Claudine Wilkins tells TMZ ... she's been retained by Tyrese's neighbor, Harrison Parker, and plans to reach out to Tyrese's legal team later this week.

She tells us she's not ready to reveal her next steps just yet ... as she's still in the process of collecting evidence.

Tyrese Gibson's grandmother was detained and his house searched when cops executed a search warrant in connection to his Cane Corsos' killer behavior ... and, we now have body cam breaking down the incident.

The search went down September 22 ... and, the clip shows officers barging into Gibson's house -- marching past a big Transformers statue in the mansion's foyer.

Fulton County Police and Animal Services look around the property, taking photos as they go ... before the clip cuts to the front of the property -- where Tyrese's grandmother has been sat in the back of a police car.

Tyrese Gibson's dogs don't have a care in the world ... running around a backyard and sitting for treats just a few weeks after they allegedly killed another dog.

TMZ has obtained photos and video of the five dogs at Tyrese's friend's house, taken Friday in Georgia.

The video shows the dogs in a neighborhood backyard -- all look like Cane Corsos -- as they run around ... sitting down in the grass in an effort to get treats from the guys who are watching them.

Tyrese Gibson's Cane Corsos ran rampant through the neighborhood before they killed another dog, cops claim ... barking at a neighbor's house mere minutes before the fatal attack.

The Fulton County Police Department released video of the dogs from September 18 -- the night of the fateful mauling which resulted in a warrant for Tyrese's arrest -- which shows multiple dogs milling about the front yard of a neighbor's home in Atlanta, captured by doorbell cam.

The dogs are sniffing around and one barks loudly a couple times ... before the pack of pups rushes off away from the home.

Cops in Georgia say they can't find Tyrese's killer dogs -- weeks after the animals mauled his neighbor's pet to death and investigators claim the actor isn't making it easy.

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer tells TMZ ... authorities have no idea where Tyrese's Cane Corsos are, accusing him of giving law enforcement the runaround.

Dwyer tells us Tyrese was supposed to surrender the dogs last Friday, but never showed. His lawyer later told police Tyrese needed to get his affairs in order first.

Adding to the drama, cops saw Tyrese post online about taking a mental health break and in that post said he was flying to Dubai until November.

Tyrese has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from at least one of his Cane Corso mastiffs attacking and killing a neighbor's dog ... and is in full compliance with the law as he and his legal team clear up the Atlanta matter.

Gabe Banks, of Banks Weaver Law Firm, and legal counsel for Tyrese, released a statement Tuesday ... "Mr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home. Upon learning of this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to rehome his dogs to a safe and loving environment."

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer announced the warrant, citing negligence on the part of the "Fast & Furious" actor ... and they've made at least one attempt at arresting him at his home this month, a matter which Tyrese says he's handling in real time.

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer announced on Monday that the R&B star/'Fast & Furious' staple had a warrant out for his arrest for animal cruelty.

Dwyer told local Atlanta media WSB-TV that they had received a call on September 18 from a neighbor who let his dog out at night ... only to find it dead on the ground minutes later from a clear-cut animal attack.

Tragic news from Lewis Hamilton -- his beloved dog, Roscoe, has passed away at 12 years old.

The F1 superstar shared the devastating update on the English bulldog's health battle on Monday ... revealing to his fans he "lost my best friend last night."

Lewis Hamilton is asking his fans to send some serious well wishes after his dog, Roscoe, was placed in a coma this week ... revealing his beloved friend's condition remains uncertain amid a pneumonia battle.

The Formula One legend shared the heartbreaking story on his Instagram, posting photos of himself right by his English Bulldog's side in the hospital and detailing what they have gone through this week.

"Please keep Roscoe in your thoughts. I want to keep you all updated. Roscoe caught pneumonia again and was struggling to breathe," the Ferrari driver said on Friday.

Kevin Spacey's rescue dog -- named Boston in honor of the city after the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013 -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Boston, a mixed breed, passed away at a doggie daycare in Baltimore on Tuesday. We're told Boston was on set with Kevin overseas in April and May.

Boston had been Spacey's constant travel companion for years, but she recently got sick. We're told he wrestled with the idea of flying back to the States, but Boston's doctor urged him to act quickly to prevent more suffering, and Kevin didn't want her to wait until he arrived.

PETA isn't pleased with Tom Brady ... telling TMZ Sports it wishes the Fox broadcaster hadn't made his "kick the dog" comment while calling Sunday's Bears vs. Cowboys game.

The animal rights org. told us Monday it was surprised to hear the NFL legend mutter the phrase ... as it stated it knows TB12 is "kind to animals."

"So," PETA added, "we were as confused as everyone else by his comment about 'kicking the dog at home.'"

Tom Brady strangely referenced dog abuse while on-air Sunday ... and animal lovers everywhere are outraged.

The NFL legend's bizarre comments came during the fourth quarter of the Chicago Bears' big victory over the Dallas Cowboys at Soldier Field ... just after George Pickens dropped a Dak Prescott pass that ended up as an interception.

Brady -- who was on the call for the Fox broadcast -- saw the Cowboys wideout slam his helmet in disgust ... and oddly compared it to hitting a pet.
