Gina Gershon knows all about playing rough in the sack ... with Tom Cruise, no less, and she's sharing an awkward tale about her first ever sex scene with her "Cocktail" costar.

The actress had mixed emotions as she recalled the intimate on-camera moment during her appearance Wednesday on "Watch What Happens Live," where she gleefully shared behind-the-scenes factoids from filming with Tom in the '80s.

As she put it ... TC was a great scene partner and totally took care of her during her first time faking sex on cam, except for one catastrophic moment. Gina warned Tom she was "very ticklish" and told him not to go there when they filmed the scene.

Hollywood actor Gabriel Olds -- known for his roles in "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" -- is behind bars, and facing multiple sexual assault charges.

LAPD says officers took Olds into custody Wednesday in response to the L.A. County D.A.'s office hitting him last month with 7 felony sexual assault charges.

Authorities say, in January, a woman came forward claiming the actor sexually assaulted her at her L.A. home ... and then 2 more adult victims came forward with similar stories dating back to 2013.

12:42 PM PT -- Kehlani and Javaughn Young-White have been ordered to attend mediation to discuss custody/visitation and assist in developing a mutually agreeable parenting plan.

Kehlani's baby daddy, Javaughn Young-White, has just filed a paternity petition ... and he's gunning for full custody of their daughter, Adeya Nomi.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Javaughn says he believes Kehlani's been mixed up with a cult for the past few years, which is influencing how she raises their 5-year-old daughter.

Feds have ID'd the alleged troublemaker as Eric Nicholas Gapco from Delanco, NJ ... who you can see in video footage captured by fellow passengers seemingly losing it on the American Airlines flight from Seattle to Dallas earlier this month.

You can see a shirtless Gapco wildly shouting as crew members scramble to restrain him near the bathroom. Panicked passengers also rush in, trying to calm the escalating chaos.

Rising country star Megan Moroney is speaking out about Morgan Wallen dating rumors for the first time -- this two years after they first hit the fan ... and she says it wasn't serious.

Megan spilled the tea on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast Wednesday ... saying she and Morgan were never in an exclusive relationship -- and they were basically just banging after meeting in 2020 before the pandemic hit.

A human trafficking sting operation at San Diego Comic-Con resulted in more than a dozen arrests and nearly as many victims recovered ... this according to Cali's top attorney.

California AG Rob Bonta's office released an update Wednesday confirming law enforcement officials conducted a three-day long operation from July 25 to July 27 while the event was going on ... noting big events tend to attract human traffickers.

One other interesting thing ... Bonjean says she actually thinks this current version of the Supreme Court is perfect to hear R. Kelly's case -- and it sounds like believes they'd actually side with him if they were to take it up on their docket ... politics be damned!!!

R. Kelly is asking the United States Supreme Court to throw out his convictions for possession of child porn and inducing minors to have sex – claiming his alleged acts occurred decades ago and the charges were therefore barred by the statute of limitations.

Here's the deal ... when R. Kelly was accused in 2020 of possessing child pornography and engaging in sexual acts with underage girls way back in the mid to late-1990s, he argued the statute of limitations had already run its course.

But, prosecutors argued a 2003 law – called the PROTECT Act – made the statute of limitations indefinite for child sex crimes.

"The Simpsons" creator Matt Groening is getting dragged to court ... as he's being sued over an alleged sexual assault involving two people who worked for him and his wife.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Giavanna Scotto claims she used to work as Matt's house manager at his Santa Monica estate a few years back, and she says complaints about sexual harassment at the hands of a fellow coworker fell on deaf ears.

In her suit, Scotto claims the sexual harassment started early in her tenure ... she says a male coworker aggressively grabbed her butt and breasts, and kissed her on the mouth multiple times ... all without her consent, she alleges.

Dutch volleyball star Steven van de Velde, a convicted child rapist, is slated to compete in the Paris Olympics this week ... and the IOC is now facing serious pressure to investigate how he was able to be included in the Games despite his disgraced past.

Van de Velde allegedly raped a 12-year-old back in 2014 -- when he was 19. Authorities claimed he initially met the girl online -- and then flew from Amsterdam to London a short time later to have sexual relations with her -- this despite him being aware of her age. In 2016, he was convicted of rape and sentenced to four years in prison.

However, after serving 12 months behind bars in Britain, he was transferred to the Netherlands, where he was resentenced. Roughly a month later, he was released. Following his time served, he told a local media outlet he was not a pedophile.

With an influx of visitors heading to Paris for the 2024 Olympics, French police are cracking down on prostitution ... and we've learned an anti-pimping brigade is even leading the charge.

The Press Office for the Police Prefecture tells TMZ ... authorities are doing what they can to combat illegal sex work in the City of Lights. We're told checkpoints and other road operations are targeted to try and put a stop to pimping in the Bois de Vincennes, Bois de Boulogne and Belleville sectors.

A formal brigade -- known as the BRP -- has even formed ... and we're told they will make their presence seriously known in the area. There is also a group in charge of surveilling night establishments, such as cabarets ... where anti-sex work laws will be reinforced.
