"Fully Torqued" star Steve Pazmany is issuing a warning in the aftermath of Elon Musk's Cybercab debut last night ... claiming the new product could be the end of Uber and other ride-shares.

TMZ's obtained video of the History Channel personality at the Hot Rod Power Tour in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he reacted to Elon's pitch for a driverless future. While the invention may be good news for the Tesla boss, Steve said the autonomous developments could mark the end of ride-share apps ... and thousands of jobs across the globe.

He added ... "I think that's going to come sooner than later. If I was an Uber driver, I'd be worried about my job right now. The future is here and to say autonomous driving isn't gonna succeed eventually ... I don't know. I'd be nervous."

Elon Musk is promising an "autonomous" future, unveiling a number of driverless products ... including Tesla's highly anticipated Cybercab.

The billionaire offered a demonstration Thursday night at an event titled "We, Robot," showing off 3 new products. The first was the brand's driverless Cybercab, which Elon rode into the event ... and attendees were able to test out.

He said ... "The autonomous future is here. We have 50 fully autonomous cars here tonight. You’ll see model Ys and the Cybercab. All driverless."

Elon Musk unveiled his self-driving vehicles Cybercab and Robovan, in addition to the talking Optimus robot, at his "We, Robot" event last night ... leaving two of hip hop's biggest salespeople, Swae Lee and 2 Chainz, floored by humankind's potential future!!!

The Tesla CEO got all the cheers from Swae when he stepped center stage on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank .... the Diamond-selling Rae Sremmurd rapper later hopped in the Cybercab, setting the destination to "New York."

On the ground floor, 2 Chainz had a full-blown conversation with Optimus -- they exchanged names, interest in sports, and the "Rich as F***" rapper even promised to BUY HIM once they become available on the market!!!

9:44 AM PT -- SpaceX's Dragon is up and away ... having just detached from the rocket. Crew-9 is expected to reach the International Space Station tomorrow -- and, should return with Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams early next year. Good luck!

Drake's making amends with Tupac's estate, complying with the cease and desist demands it made after he used an AI Tupac voice on his diss track, "Taylor Made Freestyle."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Drake's team and representatives from Tupac's estate have had productive talks after the estate sent its C&D letter on Wednesday -- and it's already led to serious progress.

Drake's taken down the track from his Twitter and Instagram -- the only places he posted it -- and, his team is trying to get it removed from other sites that redistributed it.

Tupac Shakur's estate is laying down the law on Drake ... threatening to drag him to court for using an AI-generated version of the late rapper's voice for a diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar.

TMZ has obtained the cease-and-desist letter fired off by the attorney for Tupac's estate, Howard King, and it calls out Drake for the AI verse on "Taylor Made Freestyle" ... saying, "Not only is the record a flagrant violation of Tupac's publicity and the estate's legal rights, it is also a blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time."

The estate goes on to say it would never have given approval for this -- and it issues an ultimatum: take down the track in less than 24 hours, and explain how it was made ... or else.
