The woman from the viral BBQ leftovers clip is making sure the young boy leaves full next time around ... 'cause she's throwing him a pizza party after the video sparked a huge online debate.

Ariel Smith tells TMZ she and her boyfriend were caught totally off guard when a boy named Jacquez knocked on their door asking if they had any BBQ leftovers ... especially because, as she puts it, he "knocked like a grown man."

Watch it all play out as Ariel says they'd just finished bringing food in from the grill when the boy showed up ... and since they'd only made enough for themselves, there wasn’t much left to offer other than some Cheetos.

The bizarre incident went down Saturday in Scottsbluff ... where police responded to reports of a shooting near a convenience store and discovered a truck with damage from a shotgun blast ripped through the passenger-side door.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ the alleged canine culprit -- who is reportedly a black lab -- was left inside the parked truck while the owner stepped away.

RFK Jr. was having a Steve Irwin moment when he grabbed 2 black snakes, bare-handed ... just as they were apparently in the process of getting it on!

You see in the video he posted on Tuesday, from Dr. Oz's house ... the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services walked over to the snakes and snatched them up.

The snakes were separated when he went to grab them -- double-fisting one in each hand ... but as he manhandled the reptiles, someone off-camera said ... "They're having sex." RFK Jr. laughed as he gripped their tails.

The gunman who allegedly fired shots outside the White House on Saturday has died ... according to a statement from the United States Secret Service.

The Chief of Communications for the United States Secret Service, Anthony Guglielmi, tells TMZ ... shortly after 6 PM ET an individual on 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue -- very close to the White House -- "pulled a weapon from his bag and began firing."

Secret Service returned fire, Guglielmi says ... striking the suspect who was taken to a hospital where the suspect died. A bystander was also struck during the shooting. Officers did not sustain injuries during the shooting.
