Some true-crime junkies are getting way too pushy, trespassing at the former house of the Menendez brothers ... and Beverly Hills police are dreading what that could mean for Halloween, TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... thanks to a hella popular Netflix series and doc ... people have been swarming the affluent Beverly Hills location where Lyle and Erik Menendez brutally murdered their parents in '89 ... the duo later claimed it was a response to the severe lifelong abuse they endured.

Police tell TMZ ... what were initially calls from pissed neighbors about an uptick in foot and car traffic  -- annoying, but not illegal -- have now escalated to straight-up trespassing ... and in one case, an apparent break-in caught on TikTok.

Brooke Mueller is turning to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for help ... alleging she is the victim of extortion, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Charlie Sheen's ex-wife says she's being blackmailed by her former drug dealer, who claims to have videos of her buying drugs and other compromising actions.

We're told the dealer told Brooke he'd go to the media or make the videos public to ruin her if she did not pay him off.

Bradley Martyn -- the famous fitness influencer known for starting ZOO Culture -- is being sued by a man who says Martyn's security got rough with him ... slamming his head into a pole for no reason.

Charles Mancusco says he attended an event at the popular Encino gym back in January for the gym's 2-year-anniversary ... an event he says was open to the public.

During the event, Mancusco says he thinks Martyn and others at ZOO Culture created a frenzy by distributing free promotional materials ... while also encouraging people in attendance to use drugs and wrestle.

Drug kingpin Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory is out of prison, but he still has some boxes to check for total freedom ... including supervised release once he finishes out the remainder of his sentence in a halfway house, and restrictions on drug and alcohol use.

Big Meech, who co-founded the notorious Black Mafia Family, has a projected release date of January 27, 2026 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons ... but he won't have the feds completely off his back until much later.

Instead, legal docs obtained by TMZ show Big Meech still has supervised release for 5 years with some special conditions ... namely, participating in a substance abuse program which may include drug and alcohol testing.

The feds are adamant Diddy will menace or threaten witnesses or alleged victims if the judge lets him out on bail, because they say that's exactly what he did in the immediate aftermath of Cassie's beating.

The U.S. Attorney's Office is responding to Diddy's latest effort to get released on bail ... filing new docs to remind the judge what the defendant has allegedly done in the past to obstruct justice.

In the docs, they focus on the infamous Cassie beating video from March 2016 at L.A.'s InterContinental Hotel, where they say, Diddy was hosting a Freak Off.

Kaskade -- the DJ best known for songs like "Escape" and "I Remember" -- is getting divorced, TMZ has learned.

The star's wife, Naomi Raddon, went to court Thursday to file for divorce from her husband -- real name Ryan Gary Raddon. She cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

She lists the date of separation as June 27 of this year -- bringing the marriage that lasted nearly 28 years to a close.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's divorce keeps getting nastier ... because she's now claiming he's been spying on her in her own personal space within the house.

1:30 PM PT -- Bryan Freedman, the lawyer representing the extended Menendez fam, says the family is heading to the Hall of Justice in L.A.. As victims of the murders under Marsy's Law, the family members can go to court to be heard ... and, they will all reiterate their belief that Erik and Lyle should be released from prison.

1:25 PM PT -- Kitty's niece -- Karen VanderMolen -- says she's always believed Erik and Lyle's story ... feeling something was wrong in their household growing up. She adds that if Erik and Lyle were women, they would've received a much shorter sentence.

The infamous co-founder of the Black Mafia Family crime enterprise is out from behind bars ... and now he's finishing his sentence in comfier surroundings in Florida.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ ... Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory was transferred Tuesday from FCI Coleman Low in Wildwood to community confinement overseen by the BOP's Miami Residential Reentry Management Office.

Our sources say Big Meech is now serving his sentence in a halfway house.

Erik and Lyle Menendez aren't just receiving support from big-time celebs like Kim Kardashian ... they've got family in their corner too, who are holding a press conference to push for the brothers' release.

According to multiple reports, about two dozen members of the Menendez brothers' family will host a press conference in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon to pressure L.A. County District Attorney George Gascón to officially recommend resentencing the notorious killers.

Among the key pieces of new evidence the family is expected to discuss is a letter written by Erik just months before the killings ... in which he allegedly told his cousin, Andy Cano, about the abuse he and Lyle faced at the hands of their father.

Diddy used a TV remote to rape a woman as payback for her telling him she believed he had something to do with Tupac Shakur's murder ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy founder is being sued by a woman named Ashley Parham, who claims Diddy sexually assaulted her in a gangbang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Parham met a friend of Diddy's at a bar in February 2018, and he called Diddy on FaceTime ... but Parham says she wasn't impressed by the man's famous friend, telling Diddy to his face she thought he played a part in Pac's death.

Diddy says federal prosecutors are making it impossible for him to mount a defense, because they refuse to give up the names of his accusers in the criminal case against him.

Diddy's legal team filed new docs Tuesday asking a federal judge to direct the U.S. Attorney's Office to identify the anonymous alleged victims referred to in the indictment ... so, he can specifically address the allegation he "abused, threatened and coerced" women, and others, to satisfy his sexual desires.

In the docs, Diddy says once the names are revealed, he believes there will be "voluminous evidence" the interactions with the alleged victims were consensual. He wants the feds to be more specific about who exactly is claiming non-consensual acts.

Paula Abdul is fabricating new details of an alleged sexual assault she claims her former "American Idol" boss Nigel Lythgoe committed ... according to new docs he's filed in their ongoing battle.

The former 'Idol' and "So You Think You Can Dance" EP filed docs Tuesday, calling out Paula's memory of an alleged 2015 incident in Las Vegas. As we first reported, Paula initially claimed she witnessed Nigel groping her assistant during a 'SYTYCD' shoot ... which Nigel denied when Paula first filed her lawsuit last December.

But Nigel's raising an eyebrow at the fact Paula's story changed 9 months later when she filed an amended lawsuit ... accusing him of also sexually assaulting Paula in Vegas. She claims after the assistant rejected him, Nigel touched Paula's "buttocks, hips, waist and her breasts" and also tried to kiss her on the neck.

Donald Trump's hotel in Miami is being sued by a man who claims he was injured jumping feet-first into a pool that was a lot more shallow than he was led to believe.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a New Jersey man named Salvatore Musumeci Jr. claims he was at Trump National Doral Miami on business in February 2023 when he jumped feet-first into a swimming pool he says was marked on the pool deck as being 6 feet 3 inches deep.

Problem is ... the guy claims the pool depth was actually just 3 feet 6 inches deep ... and he says he sustained serious and permanent personal injuries as a result of jumping into the shallow, mismarked pool.
