A$AP Rocky will be judged by a jury of his peers in his felony assault trial -- but none of those peers are Black.

Jury selection in Rocky's trial for allegedly shooting A$AP Relli just wrapped up in downtown L.A., and the gender split is 7 women and 5 men. What's kinda odd, considering L.A.'s population, is there's not a single Black juror.

Keep in mind, both Rocky and the alleged victim are African-American. The jurors are white, Asian and Hispanic. Four alternate jurors who were selected are all women ... and not Black.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are going scorched earth on city officials in Los Angeles after losing their home in a wildfire ... saying some head-scratching decisions are to blame.

The reality TV stars are suing the city of Los Angeles and the L.A. Department of Water and Power over damage their Pacific Palisades home suffered in the Palisades Fire.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Spencer and Heidi say the city and DWP failed on multiple levels ... from infrastructure to water management.

Justin Baldoni's clearly put his differences with his lawyer aside ... 'cause the attorney who now represents him in his lawsuit against Blake Lively once represented a man who sued Baldoni for allegedly ripping off a script his client wrote.

Bryan Freedman -- the man whose law firm is representing Baldoni in his legal battle with Blake Lively -- filed a lawsuit on behalf of a man named Travis Flores back in 2021, claiming Flores wrote a script for a movie called "Three Feet Distance" based on his own life.

The lawsuit claims Flores was working with Baldoni on a different project when, unbeknownst to him, Justin got ahold of his script.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds want a judge to gag Justin Baldoni's lawyer ... claiming he's making false statements about the case.

The megastars filed a letter in court Tuesday ... and, in it, they ask the court to issue a protective order to stop Baldoni's lawyers -- led by Bryan Freedman -- from engaging in "improper conduct" including going on an alleged "harassing and retaliatory media campaign" against Blake and Ryan.

They say he's violating court rules that stop a lawyer from making statements to the press that are irrelevant to a case and might prejudice the jury.

Prince Harry just got a lot richer after striking a last-minute settlement with Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers over accusations he was spied upon by predatory tabloids in a lawsuit.

Harry's attorneys issued a statement that both parties have reached a settlement Wednesday just one day after the trial was set to start.

NGN released its own statement, saying, “We acknowledge and apologize for the distress caused to the duke, and the damage inflicted on relationships, friendships and family, and have agreed to pay him substantial damages.”

Chris Brown is suing the producers behind Investigation Discovery's "Chris Brown: A History of Violence" docuseries … alleging the project was full of straight up lies.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ … the singer accuses Warner Bros. Discovery, Ample, and other individuals behind the series of promoting and publishing defamatory claims against him -- even after allegedly being provided with "proof" that their narrative was false.

Not only does Brown state the Jane Doe at the center of the docuseries has been repeatedly discredited, but he highlights he has never been found guilty “of any sex related crime” … slamming the docuseries for labeling him "a serial rapist and a sexual abuser."

Blake Lively is thrilled Justin Baldoni decided to release unedited footage from "It Ends With Us," because she says it only proves her point ... that she was visibly uncomfortable with Baldoni's advances during the scene.

Blake's legal team tells TMZ, "Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning. Every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint."

They continue, "The video shows Mr. Baldoni repeatedly leaning in toward Ms. Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking with her out of character."

A$AP Rocky is headed for court on gun charges ... the Grammy-nominated rapper just turned down a plea deal from L.A. prosecutors, opting to face a jury trial instead.

L.A. County prosecutors offered him a deal -- if Rocky pled guilty to one of two felony charges, he'd serve 180 days in jail, and he'd get a seven-year suspended sentence, with three years on probation. But, AR told a judge today he's decided to decline to take the deal.  Rocky could be sentenced to up to 24 years in jail if found guilty in a trial.

We caught AR on the way into court this morning, but he didn't offer any comment.

Justin Baldoni is staying on the offensive ... attempting to shoot down Blake Lively's allegation he sexually harassed her, by releasing raw video from "It Ends With Us" that reveals some very telling conversation between the costars.

Baldoni's team dropped nearly 10 minutes of unedited footage -- including one scene where Justin and Blake are slow dancing. Blake referenced the scene in her lawsuit against Justin, and accused him of getting creepy with comments about the fragrance she was wearing.

In the video, which has both actors mic'd up, you don't see Justin making any offensive comments or actions toward Blake. We're told his team believes this completely refutes Blake's sexual harassment claim.

Wendy Williams' guardianship woes are commanding the attention of at least one New York lawmaker ... who's making a big push so her family can easily visit her.

Anthony Palumbo, a N.Y. state senator, tells TMZ ... today, he is re-introducing a piece of legislation that would change guardianship laws regarding family visitation in the state.

According to Palumbo, "Karilyn's Law" would allow families to visit loved ones by filing a motion with the court ... the guardian would then have 10 days to show the court if the person intending to visit is displaying inappropriate conduct -- and if not, they can visit.

A British man has admitted to murdering 3 girls and trying to kill 10 others at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the UK last year.

18-year-old Axel Rudakubana shocked the court on day one of his trial at Liverpool Crown Court Monday by pleading guilty to murdering Alice Dasilva Aguiar, 9, Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, and Bebe King, 6. He’s facing life behind bars when he's sentenced Thursday.

Axel, who was 17 at the time of the attack, also pled guilty to 10 counts of attempted murder and charges for having ricin and an Al-Qaeda manual linked to the July 29 attack in Southport, UK, last year.

Al Jardine may need a trip to Kokomo ... 'cause the Beach Boys star is dealing with a legal headache after being sued for allegedly refusing to sign merch.

Here's the deal ... a man named Mead Chasky is suing the Beach Boys crooner, alleging Jardine agreed to sign merchandise advertised as "signed by three members of The Beach Boys."

However, according to Mead's high-powered attorney, Matthew J. Blit, Jardine refused to sign the memorabilia ... violating his contractual obligation.
