Harvey-I had to look @ Roger Ebert's tweet because of you!! You posted it on your site otherwise I would have never seen that mean & heartless tweet. I don't like that argument of "you don't have to read it if you don't like it". I was looking thru TMZ & there it was-I would never on purpose follow Roger Ebert.

Ryan Dunn killed a person who had a best friend, a family who loved him and he did it by choosing to drink in excess, drive with disregard to his passenger and everyone else on the road that night. Was Ebert kind of jerk? Yes, but he did get drunk, get behind a wheel driving over 100 miles per hour and cause the death of another human being.

I personally don't understand why everyone is talking so bad about ryan dunn. There are so many different story's floating around that noone is sure to have the real answers. Maybe we will never even know the truth. I have heard about reports of him being severly intoxicated, yet i have seen him drink a bottle of tequila in one drink and still be able to talk and walk. Everyones tolerance is different. If you watch the cnn video of the tire tracks it seemed like he had to slam on his brakes for something. The tracks werent wild and all over the place. All we can do is wait and see what the future reports say!

A person could be drunk and not falling down drunk and every bartender at every bar isn't responsible for your lethal choices. Supermarkets don't stop overweight people from buying food and you can obviously see that they are overweight.

about the ryan dunn thing its NEVER to earlier to call someone a jackass for driving after drinking. its SHOULD have been earlier. and the lindsay thing: shes NOT in jail she can do whatever she wants in her house as long as its not illegal.

I don't think that Lindsey should be able to make money while she is on house arrest. She is being punished, and allowing her to make money while being punished is showing her that it is okay to break laws but she can still live the high life. There has to be a point where she is treated like a normal everyday person who is on house arrest...or in jail.

I feel like the Roger Ebert's tweet made the drinking and driving issue into a sensivity debate. He could of said, "tragedic that some people still drive drunk, please dont gamble with life" or WHATEVER he's a damn critic, words are his power and he used to to critize a dead man, Ebert is pathetic and as for my opinion, his words will hold no merit cause he seems like a jackass now.

It wasn't too soon just was not handled correctly.

What would Bam's reaction be if this was a reversed scenario?
What if Ryan had been hit by a drunk driver?
Would he have tweeted about what a jackass the other driver was???
I would think everyone would be on the band wagon of crucifying the drunk driver that hit him.

Lindsay has to support her family. None of them work do they? Dina is her manager so she's booked as much as possible while Lindsay is sober. Truly sick family.

By the way...didn't the bartender at the bar that served Ryan Dunn state he drank "3 Miller Lites and 3 girlie shots"?.....point is....did you see the cup in Ryan's hand? 20 oz each, I'd guess. No less than 16. A beer is 12 oz. "Girlie Shots"??? IF IF IF that was true, isn't he obviously downplaying the potential effects of the drinks no matter the amount claimed? And...if I'm Ryan Dunn the celebrity, at my local watering hole, I'm sure being served strong shots, not something the bartender claims "girlie" to infer "weak" amount of alcohol. Maybe the names of the shots were girlie, but they're still shots. Pathetic.
