The home of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice was struck by a burglar this weekend ... and the scumbag made off with two guns and $2,000 in cash ... this according to police.
Cops say Rice wasn't home at the time of the burglary -- which went down between 8:30 am Friday and 12:50 am Saturday -- but a friend was staying at Rice's Maryland home and reported the incident to police.
The good news ... cops say there is surveillance video of the crook entering through a rear window and ransacking the home.
Rice released a statement to USA Today saying, "My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing. This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.''
