For Reckless Driving

L.A. Dodgers
star Yasiel Puig has something in common with one of the fastest pitchers ever -- they both reach speeds of 110 miles per hour.  The only difference ... the pitcher gets in the Hall of Fame and Puig gets arrested.

Yasiel was pulled over this morning in Collier County, Florida.  Cops say they clocked him at 110 in a 70 MPH zone.  He was arrested for reckless driving and taken to the local jail.

This is Puig's second arrest this year for the same offense.  He was arrested in April for going twice the speed limit.

12/29 -- The L.A. Dodgers tell TMZ Sports, "We have spoken to Yasiel and made it clear that we, as an organization, are very disappointed in his recent behavior."

The team adds, "This is a very serious issue to us and we will continue to educate him and strive to further develop his growth off the field and as a member of this community."

I think we've all gone a few miles over the speed limit, but when you're doing 110 miles on regular public highways you know you're going way too fast. Even if you are the best freaking driver in the world, you have no idea what's coming at you. He's an assh0le.

What happened to the laws that got people like this deported? I guess if you have money like Puig or The Bieb you can come to the US and break any law you want. No biggie. If the Dodgers are smart they'll trade this guy. He seems like one of those players who will always be a problem. Maybe Cuba even let him escape because they got tired of his antics.

110mph? So if this mor.on killed an innocent family, he'd just make a payment to their kin and go back to making stupid base running mistakes.

Give him a seadoo. He wouldn't speed- or even get on it- for that matter.

Second time arrest for speeding? No "but..", no "if...", yank his driving license, put him in jail and throw away the key.

You realize that no pitcher has ever thrown a pitch 110 mph don't you? No one. Ever.
