'Big Brother' Champ

Hit With $10.5 Million Judgment

3/22/2014 12:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0321_giesha_house_lonnie_moore_mike_malin_getty_2"Big Brother" champ Mike "Boogie" Malin needs to go on "Jeopardy" and win more than 3 times what Ken Jennings scored ... just so he can pay off an enormous court judgment.

The Boogie man was just socked with a $10.5 MILLION judgment ... which is what happens when you stiff your landlord for 8 years.

Boogie and his partner opened an ATL restaurant -- Geisha House -- along with a nearby bowling alley.  But they forgot one small detail on the first of every month ... something that generally gets you evicted very quickly.

For some reason the landlord was patient ... lying in wait for the tab to go sky high.  The boom was lowered with the $10.5 million judgment.

By the way ... Boogie has all sorts of legal woes.  He was sued by some of his Geisha partners for allegedly embezzling money and using it for gambling and sex.

I was a potential contestant for season 2 of "BB" and was in the group that interviewed with JB. It was ridiculously obvious that this joker was a studio plant and had already been chosen for the show, as while the rest of us potentials participated in a roundtable discussion of numerous topics in a closed and monitored room, JB sat there and the f'$@#ing newspaper the whole time. 3 hours they had us in this little room, watching to see how each would interact with others in close proximity with nothing else to do except engage in conversation... and this dude never looked up from the LA Times once. THIS was the guy they picked....and then went on to win the whole thing? I say EEEEEESH.
