Peyton Manning is weighing in on the standoff in Denver ... telling TMZ Sports he believes Von Miller WILL re-sign with the team ... "I do not see that being a problem at all."
The former Broncos QB touched down at LaGuardia Airport -- and was very optimistic that both sides will be able to come to the table and get a deal done before the season starts.
The backstory ... just last month, Von shot down the team's 6-year $114 million offer (with $40 mil guaranteed in the first 2 years). Miller reportedly wants more than $60 mil guaranteed in the first 3 years.
"I know both sides want to work it out," Manning told us.
"I know [Miller] wants to be in Denver, Denver wants him ... so, I think it'll work out. I'm pulling for 'em."
