Homeland Security We're on Swole Patrol Free Gym Memberships for ICE

1/24/2017 1:00 AM PST

0123-homeland-security-tmz-getty-04President Trump just imposed a hiring freeze on the federal government, which makes what we found all the more surprising ... the Department of Homeland Security is shopping for gyms.

DHS filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which they solicit bids for a "full-range health & fitness center" for employees who work in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

ICE is on the hunt for a gym with "state-of-the-art fitness equipment" within walking distance from one of its D.C. offices -- a quarter mile on the outside. The agency is currently taking bids from local vendors.

The document -- dated January 13, 2017 -- states ICE will foot the bill for its employees for 12 months, starting in March, with an option to extend the contract an additional 3 years.

The document sets a limit of $200,000 for the annual memberships.

Donald Trump It's Curtains for Hillary Clinton!!!

1/24/2017 12:50 AM PST

0123-president-drapes-curtains-photos-launchDonald Trump thinks Hillary Clinton was a disaster on foreign policy and health care, but he clearly thinks she knows her drapes.

One of the first orders of business for the Trump Administration was to take down the fiery red drapes that flanked President Obama in the Oval Office. The replacement ... the very same drapes Hillary Clinton chose for her husband back in 1993.

The gold fabric endured throughout the Clinton presidency, but went into storage when George W. chose a deeper color, more in the brown than gold family. President Obama went code red.

When Hillary chose the drapes, she said she picked the color because she wanted the Oval Office to be "more dynamic, to show more energy."

Trump's taste is non-partisan ... he's also re-installed Reagan's sunbeam rug and W's gold brocade sofas.

As for Trump's penchant for gold ... well, check out his NYC pad.

'Wonder Woman' Star In Baby-Hiding Costume Uh What's Showbiz?

1/24/2017 6:27 AM PST

The actress set to play Wonder Woman on the big screen doesn't know a couple of things -- the sex of her new baby ... or the true meaning of show business.

We got "Wonder Woman" star Gal Gadot Monday heading to Fred Segal's in L.A. -- where she seems to be hiding her baby bump -- and while she definitely plays coy to our first question ... she has a genuine deer in the headlights response to our second.

We know she's only been in the game 8 years or so now -- but it's time Gal brushed up on her paparazzi game. It's called showbiz ... you're in it.

'Bachelor' Star Corinne Goes Full Villain ... F*** the Other Girls!!

1/23/2017 6:46 PM PST

It's not like "The Bachelor" star Corinne's ever cared about making friends with the other contestants ... but she's officially embraced the role of #1 bad girl now.

After Nick Viall gave her another rose -- much to the chagrin of everyone else -- Corinne gloats and gives a less-than-inspiring speech. Check out the vid ... there's never been more eye rolling.

And in case it wasn't clear, Corinne tells the cameras exactly how she feels ... and does some weird stuff with the rose too.

So maybe she doesn't need any help from producers to pull off the villain role.

Mariah Carey YG's Got My Back For New Breakup Track

1/24/2017 12:40 AM PST

Mariah Carey's turning her split from ex-fiance James Packer into a breakup song featuring YG -- and they've already recorded the track and shot the music video.

We're told the collabo went down over the weekend as Mimi laid down what she hopes will be an anthem for women overcoming harsh breakups. Take that, Taylor Swift.

They started recording on Saturday, and within 24 hours they also wrapped on the music vid. We're told it will debut in the "Mariah's World" season finale this weekend.

The duo was out celebrating the project Sunday night when we got them leaving Catch.

'Bachelor in Paradise' Star Ex No Longer Runs Through My Veins

1/24/2017 12:30 AM PST

0123-grant-kemp-before-and-after-tattoo-INSTAGRAM-TMZ-01"Bachelor in Paradise" star Grant Kemp officially -- and finally -- removed his ex from his life ... with the stroke of a needle.

We're told Grant Kemp on Sunday hit up Black Heart Tattoo in San Fran where artist Moses Saarni inked over the old "Grace" tattoo -- a combination of his and 'BiP' ex Lace Morris' names.

You'll recall Grant and Lace got their tattoos on the show before he proposed in the season finale ... and promptly broke up 3 months later.

Grant's new tat -- a black rose -- sends a clear message: You're dead to me. Also, I made a huge mistake. Far as we know, Lace still has her ink.

We're guessing it'll be gone before sundown.

'A Dog's Purpose' Trainers Vid Makes Us Look Bad But Hercules Was NOT Harmed

1/23/2017 5:44 PM PST

0123-dogs-purpose-letter-launch-main-TMZ-01Birds & Animals Unlimited -- the group responsible for training the dogs in "A Dog's Purpose" -- insists Hercules the German Shepherd wasn't forced to perform a stunt, and claims the video doesn't tell the full story.

In a letter to TMZ, the org admits Hercules was resistant to entering the pool from a new location, but they cut right away, and went back to the original spot where he'd trained for the scene ... and he jumped in, happily.

Birds & Animals claims the dog was not thrown in from the spot where he resisted, but feels the "falsely edited video" implied that. TMZ did not edit the video. We posted all the footage as obtained.

The letter also addresses the voice in the video saying, "Just gotta throw him in."

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton Collapses While Giving Speech

1/23/2017 6:29 PM PST

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton collapsed while giving his State of the State address Monday night ... and the scary moment was captured on video.

Dayton was delivering the speech at the University of Minnesota -- he was about 40 minutes in -- when he began to slur his words and reached for a drink of water. Moments later he appeared to faint and others rushed in to help him.

The 69-year-old governor was reportedly conscious as he was helped into a back room minutes later. His son Eric just tweeted that his father is doing great ... but offered no explanation for the collapse.

Dayton fainted at an event last year, which his staff attributed to overheating and dehydration.

Shia LaBeouf Trump Protest Now On NYPD's Radar

1/23/2017 3:49 PM PST

0123_cop_car_at_shia_protestShia LaBeouf's round-the-clock webcam protest of President Trump has a new viewer ... the NYPD.

Shia's group chants of "He will not divide us" have been drawing crowds outside NYC's Museum of the Moving Image since Friday afternoon -- at times there are several dozen people there joining in the action.

We noticed an NYPD van was also on the scene Monday, and cops tell us it's gonna be that way for a while. We're told at least one unit will be stationed at the protest, mostly for crowd control.

There's another potential issue -- haters looking to start trouble with Shia. On Sunday, he came dangerously close to getting physical with one such person.

Police tell us they were unaware of the near fight, but they'll be Johnny-on-the-spot at the protest for as long as necessary -- which Shia says will be at least the next 4 years.

Women's March Pussyhats Going Down in History

1/23/2017 4:38 PM PST

The pussyhats behind that sea of pink at the Women's March on Washington D.C. -- and others around the world -- will be enshrined in a museum commemorating the day.

Pussyhat Project co-founder Krista Suh says there were more than 20,000 of the iconic pink hats in D.C. alone, and the movement got the attention of Michigan State University Museum. We've learned the museum plans to include pussyhats in a feminism exhibit.

Suh's proud celebs like Madonna, Krysten Ritter, Julianne Moore, Amy Schumer and even Nick Offerman sported pussyhats at marches -- and says it's becoming impossible to quantify the hats' popularity. But that's a good thing.

The museum tells us the goal is to include a tip of the hat to pussyhats in a Women's History Month display. That's in March, if you didn't know.
