Matt Barnes -- Sorry Gloria ... This Split Ain't Amicable

The Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan break-up isn't as friendly and happy and cheery as she says it is ... this according to sources close to Matt, who tell us this thing is pretty damn far from amicable.

Our sources tell us ... Matt was the one who called things off with the "Basketball Wives" star -- and he's still upset and hurt about the things that led up to the split.

As we previously reported, Matt believed there were major "trust issues" in the relationship -- and now we know reconciliation is the last thing on his mind.

Meantime, Gloria insists the two are working things out -- and have a "dope" relationship and are working together to co-parent their twin sons.

We're told that Matt is 100% committed to the children -- he just has issues with their mother.
