Le'Veon Bell Completes Weed Probation ... Despite New Pot Drama
Although he's facing a 4-game suspension from the NFL for a missed drug test, Le'Veon Bell has got some GOOD weed news in his life ... 'cause he recently completed his probation from his 2014 marijuana arrest.
The Pittsburgh Steelers star was charged with marijuana possession and DUI in August 2014 after police pulled him over and found weed in his car. During the arrest, Bell told cops he "didn't know you could get a DUI for being high" ... and admitted to smoking a couple hours before the incident.
Bell was sentenced to a 15-month probation program in February 2015 ... and was told to stay away from drugs and alcohol for the entire sentence. He also had to complete a safe driving class and pay fines.
According to official documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the 24-year-old running back successfully completed probation ... and the case has officially been expunged from his record.
Congrats!
