The "Turn Down for What" rapper reveals in his upcoming memoir, "I Only Shout So You Can Hear Me," that he accidentally stabbed himself in the eye with one of his mother's insulin syringes when he was just 6 years old.

According to People, Jon had watched his diabetic mother give herself insulin shots ... and one day, curiosity got the best of him when he grabbed a syringe to see what the air would feel like against his eye.

Tom Arnold went off with a big bang on Chuck Lorre ... calling him a terrible guy and a total hack who looked like a "sad clown" when he was axed from "Roseanne."

The actor and comedian hopped on social media to bash Chuck ... saying the guy might think he's beloved like fellow sitcom giant Norman Lear, when in fact he's "a terrible human ... who lies every time he opens his mouth."

The famed showrunner reveals in his new memoir, "Sitcom," that he had "initial reluctance" about putting Anna in the show's starring role.

Chuck writes ... "I initially said no. I wasn't sure Anna would be appropriate for this kind of material."

But Chuck says the way he "bungled" his relationship with Charlie Sheen caused him to reconsider, writing ... "Someone's personal life is none of my business. The mom in 'Mom' would be, and should be, Anna Faris."

Joe Manganiello's new memoir must be making some waves with Tom Cruise ... because the book speculates that the legendary actor screwed Joe out of a starring role ... and Joe thinks it's because he shares an ex with Tom -- Sofía Vergara!

The New York Post got its hands on an advance copy of Joe's new book, "Bloodlines," and, in it, Joe claims that his team believes Tom prevented him from landing the lead role in Amazon's "Jack Reacher" series because the two men once dated Sofía.

In his memoir, Joe writes that Amazon bosses and production heads were initially dead set on giving the role to him ... but then the part suddenly went to another actor.

Joe Manganiello says he had an extra accessory when he was getting fitted for his Deathstroke costume ... the ostomy bag from his near-fatal health battle.

Joe mentioned the ostomy bag while recalling the stressful fitting for the since-shelved Batman movie Ben Affleck offered him a role in.

In an excerpt from his upcoming memoir, "Bloodlines," obtained by The Hollywood Reporter ... Joe says he stopped eating the afternoon before to make sure the bag was empty.

A new book released this week details the scene at the White House when Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and it looks like President Trump first got word about the tragedy from his son, Barron Trump.

In "Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump," New York Times journalists Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan reveal Barron had called the President in a state of distress and broke the news to his father that Kirk had been shot.

They attribute Barron's frantic state to the 19-year-old's fear his father would be next, and he even told the president, "This is what happens when you go out there" ... according to the book.

Dorit Kemsley is lifting the lid on her relationship with estranged husband PK Kemsley ... and she says alcohol changed him for the worse.

In an excerpt from her debut memoir, "Unburdened," Dorit says over time booze stopped making PK more charming and instead "dulled his warmth" ... and she says he became reliant on alcohol rather than drinking for celebration's sake.

Dorit says PK became increasingly unpredictable ... and recalls feeling anxious whenever he started drinking ... "Not because I wanted to control him, but because I knew how the night might unfold."
