Lily Allen's getting clever with the marketing for her new album ... using a beloved childhood character to push a song allegedly roasting her estranged husband.

The singer-songwriter stepped out on Halloween night with some pals in Los Angeles ... dressing as Madeline -- the intrepid French heroine from a series of children's books.

Allen looks just like her in her baby blue jacket, bright red wig and straw hat ... and she stopped to pose for the cameras before heading into the Vas J. Morgan Halloween party.

Sia and her son looked ready to color in the Three Little Pigs together ... matching as a pair of pink crayons while going Trick-or-Treating amid a vicious custody battle.

The singer-songwriter took her one-year-old son, Somersault, around their Los Angeles neighborhood Friday ... and, the two dressed in their bright pink outfits -- with the little dude sitting up in his mom's arms.

Sia looked happy while out with her kiddo ... smiling wide in multiple photos -- and, Somersault got off his feet while rolling around in a stroller which was pushed by a man who appears to be his uncle Jon Bernad -- his dad's brother.

No "Cheap Thrills" here ... Sia and her estranged husband Daniel Bernad have been ordered to enter a mediation session to try to hammer out the custody issues in their contentious divorce.

We broke the news earlier this week -- Daniel's emergency request for full custody was shot down by a judge ... but now, the judge is ordering them to get together for a mediation session over the custody and visitation issues for their 1-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple is being required to at least attempt to work through the issues before the next scheduled hearing. They've got 2 options -- handle things through a video conference with a mediator ... or use the Los Angeles court system's online program meant to help parents formulate a parenting plan.

Angela Martini, a former Miss Universe contestant from Albania, is back on the market ... because she just pulled the plug on her marriage.

The model beelined it to court Thursday and filed to divorce her husband Drago Savulescu after 7 years of marriage ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Angela lists October 24 as the date of separation and she's going with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... a judge ruled most of the facts asserted in the legal docs from Sia's ex Daniel Bernad were old news -- that information was known back in August, when they entered into their temporary physical custody arrangement ... which gave Sia primary custody of their kid and limited monitored visitation for Daniel.

As we reported, Daniel was asking the court for an emergency order granting him sole custody of their 1-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad, calling Sia a "serious and immediate danger" to their son over allegations of drug use.

Sia's divorce from her second husband is getting nasty ... because a custody battle just broke out with both of them hurling accusations at the other.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Sia's estranged husband Daniel Bernad is asking the judge for sole custody of their one-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad, alleging she is a "serious and immediate danger" to their son, but Sia says he's already restricted to monitored visits because of a child porn investigation.

In the papers, Daniel says, "Sia is an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing safe or stable care for Summi. I am the only safe and reliable parent for our son. I am a doctor, young, healthy, and have no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues."

Kim Kardashian had a scary medical discovery during the Season 7 premiere of "The Kardashians" -- she suffered an aneurysm ... and she's blaming Kanye West.

Check the clip -- she's at the doc getting a routine MRI when the "little aneurysm" is discovered, and she's told aneurysms can be caused by stress.

BTW, an aneurysm is a "bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain," according to the Mayo Clinic. A ruptured aneurysm causes internal bleeding ... which can be life-threatening if untreated.

Billionaire David Geffen's refusing to reveal how wealthy he truly is in an attempt to minimize his spousal support payments to his estranged husband, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) -- at least that's what Armstrong says is going on.

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Armstrong is accusing Geffen of refusing to submit his financial documents to the court because he thinks he can skirt around California’s financial disclosure laws, all "in an effort to achieve aggressive spousal support limitations."

Armstrong says it's completely unfair, likening the situation to "a case of David and Goliath" because the financial gap between him and Geffen is so wide. He further claims he is being "unfairly outspent" and that his ex "is prepared to win by any means necessary."

Kevin Federline claims his and Britney Spears' son Sean Preston was "terrified" to stay with his mom during some of their most turbulent years.

In his memoir, "You Thought You Knew," Federline recalls gut-wrenching nights comforting the boy, who he says would cry and cling to him whenever it was time to visit Britney.

"Every time Preston had to go to his mom's, they had to pry him off my neck," Kevin reads in the audiobook version. "He'd cry, scream, and hold on with everything he had."

Rapper Kevin Gates is getting dissed in court ... his estranged wife, Dreka, is claiming he cut off her and their children financially, so she wants a judge to order him to pay a ton in child and spousal support.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Dreka says in late 2021 Kevin started to "dismantle the financial foundation of their family" when she says he stopped paying for basic family obligations such as property taxes and their children's private school tuition.

Meanwhile, Dreka says he flaunted his wealth by snatching up 18 luxury vehicles and a $4.7 million estate in Calabasas.

David Geffen's estranged husband has withdrawn his salacious civil lawsuit against the media mogul, and is choosing another course, which takes much of his enormous money demand off the table.

David Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) filed his civil lawsuit back in July, alleging the 82-year-old billionaire targeted the 32-year-old, whose trauma was weaponized for Geffen's "personal gratification and public image."

Armstrong claims he gave up his modeling career after allegedly being promised Geffen would take care of him financially for life. The former couple did not have a prenup -- Armstrong says he's entitled to community property. We're told Geffen, who has been retired for 15 years, has no community income.

Kevin Federline claims his ex-wife, Britney Spears, had a reckless pattern of prioritizing partying over their kids ... and his tell-all memoir details the moment he said enough is enough.

In his newly released book, "You Thought You Knew," Kevin writes, "I was in Miami for work, trying to stay focused on my commitments, and I got a call. It was her, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan on the line, drunk as hell, begging me to come over. I could hear Preston and Jayden crying in the background. It had to be three or four in the morning. That call was the final straw."

According to K-Fed, it wasn't the first time something like that happened, but it was the one that stuck with him the most.
