Angelina Jolie is floating new allegations against Brad Pitt -- claiming he'd roughed her up before the plane incident that ended their marriage ... but we're hearing a different story.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Angie's attorneys levied a heavy accusation against her ex -- namely, that he'd allegedly physically abused her before their incident in the sky in September 2016 ... which Angelina has maintained involved Brad putting hands on their kid.

We know Brad's denied that, and that the authorities cleared him of wrongdoing -- but Angelina has continued to insist it happened ... including here, where her attorneys say the abuse AJ claims to have endured via Brad actually pre-dated whatever happened in 2016.

They write, "After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the same time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together."

The estranged couple continues... "We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition. Thank you."

Kroy Biermann's divorce drama with Kim Zolciak is hitting a new rough patch -- he claims she's dragging her feet on handing over important financial docs, so now he's simply exposing her alleged spending himself.

TMZ has obtained Kroy's response to Kim's motion to compel handing over her financial docs, and he's suggesting her excuses -- about protecting the kids' privacy and fears he's leaking confidential info to the media -- are just smokescreens to keep her spending habits under wraps.

In Kroy's docs, he's attached a spreadsheet of those spending habits during their marriage -- and he claims she dropped more than $600K from 2016 to 2023 ... mostly on swanky gear from Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave, Chanel, Versace, and Agent Provocateur.

Dean McDermott's not letting his relationship woes slow him down, 'cause he's keeping it moving after Tori Spelling filed for divorce ... which he says was inevitable.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star called Dean on her "misSPELLING" podcast, and everyone could hear her end of the convo. She says he was working when she hit him up, and dropped the news she had filed. She kinda minimized it at first, saying the filing was just a formality, but then it got real.

Tori said it was only right she file first because he talked about sex and other intimate details in their marriage to the Daily Mail. It's clear she was angry he had done it, and -- although you only hear her end of the conversation -- it seems Dean wasn't happy she beat him to the courthouse punch.

Kim Zolciak filmed a reality show pilot with her daughters Brielle and Ariana, but her estranged hubby Kroy Biermann is completely MIA from the project ... TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell us ... despite the awkwardness of Kim and Kroy still living under the same roof, cameras were rolling at their Georgia home in January after a production company approached Kim, asking to document her post-split life.

Our sources say the pilot has been getting shopped around for over a month now ... and there's one particular network showing a lot of interest. We're told Bravo -- Kim's old 'RHOA' stomping ground -- isn't the network where the series would potentially land.

Per the paperwork, Tori lists their date of separation as June 17, 2023 ... and she's citing the standard irreconcilable differences as the reason she's seeking a dissolution of marriage.

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Teyana's attorney asks the court to let her call on a child psychologist to testify about something she says went down a couple weeks ago, when their daughters were staying with their father.

According to the docs, the ex-NBA star had a female friend and her daughter staying at his home during his parenting weekend with the daughters. Teyana's attorney says they know this because Teyana saw the woman's daughter and heard the woman during a FaceTime check-in with their daughters.
