Diddy's legal team is attacking the search warrants federal agents obtained to raid his homes and examine his internet history -- claiming feds "made false statements" in their applications for the warrants.

The super producer's lawyers filed the documents Sunday ... asking a judge to suppress all of the evidence obtained in the searches because the government "presented a grossly distorted picture of the facts" when obtaining the warrants.

Diddy's team says the feds had a variety of evidence that would prove at least one alleged victim willingly participated in the so-called "freak-offs." In court documents, the feds define a "Freak Off" as days-long sexual activity between Diddy, a woman and a male commercial sex workers, some of whom were transported over state lines.

7:12 PM PT -- Michael Lohan tells TMZ ... "I've shut up long enough about Kate’s physical, emotional and verbal abuse. She set me up. Originally she said I was stalking her! Really? Lol. Then, when that didn't work, she said, I pushed her over a chair which is a total lie. Not only will my kids attest to it, but I have video. I have more videos of her abuse."

Michael Lohan has been arrested again ... this time for allegedly getting physical with a family member ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Lindsay Lohan's dad was taken into custody on Saturday in Texas on a felony assault charge called "continuous violence against the family."

A rep for the Harris County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Major was getting a medical exam -- a mammogram, TMZ has learned from a different source -- when she told deputies Lohan had flipped her out of a chair at their residence several days earlier which she says caused her pain and discomfort.

6:35 PM PT -- Austin Stowe, an Amazon spokesperson tells TMZ ... “We’re deeply disturbed by this awful incident and our thoughts continue to be with Ms. Douglas as she recovers from her injuries. We took immediate action to ensure the driver no longer delivers to Amazon customers, and we're supporting the Baltimore Police Department and other members of law enforcement as they investigate."

The woman who was run over by an Amazon delivery truck has been identified ... and, her lawyer says they're investigating whether to sue.

Chelsey Douglas is the woman in the shocking video who was hit by the van ... and her lawyer, David Ellin, says she suffered life-threatening injuries in the scary incident.

Ellin says Douglas -- who is obviously still recovering from the crash with "severe injuries" -- has received a ton of requests for interviews and comments ... but, right now she and her family need privacy so she can heal.

Disturbing body cam footage shows the moment a police officer fatally shot a 16-year-old boy fleeing from a gun-wielding youth at a California train station.

The San Diego PD on Friday released the surveillance video and body-worn camera footage from the station, capturing the entire January 28 incident as it unfolded at Santa Fe Depot in the city's downtown area.

Diddy has one less lawyer fighting for him heading into his federal trial, because his legal team couldn't get on the same page regarding the best defense for him ... TMZ has learned.

Luigi Mangione's lawyer is pissed off at the mayor of New York City ... blasting Mayor Eric Adams for giving a TV interview about the alleged evidence against her client -- when she says she has yet to receive it from cops.

Karen Friedman Agnifilo appeared on the steps of a NYC courthouse Friday just minutes after Mangione's court appearance ... the first look the public has gotten of him since he was arraigned in December for allegedly murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Luigi Mangione is back in court, providing the first look at the accused killer after spending the last two months behind bars.

Luigi, the guy who is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthCare Group CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown Manhattan, went before a judge Friday in a status hearing in his state case.

It's the first time we've seen Luigi since his December arraignment ... and folks were interested in how he would look after spending the past few months at MDC in Brooklyn, the jail where Diddy is being held pending his own trial.

Luigi Mangione is about to go before a judge ... and the NYC courthouse is packed to the gills with folks who traveled from across the country to get a glimpse of the man accused of killing a healthcare CEO.

The accused killer's first court appearance since December is happening today on the 15th floor of a Lower Manhattan courthouse, where people waited for hours in the freezing cold just for a chance to get inside and see Luigi.

One of those hopefuls is Brooke Warner ... a 28-year-old woman from Utah who tells us she flew to the Big Apple with her fiancé just for Luigi's hearing.

10:41 AM PT -- We're getting more clarity on Anthony Ricco's departure ... sources with direct knowledge of the case tell us Ricco and Diddy's relationship -- or lack thereof -- became an issue. We're told Ricco felt he was unable to establish or maintain the kind of relationship he'd need to have with the client in order to "effectively" defend him.

It's still unclear why exactly Ricco didn't feel closer to Diddy.

Diddy's latest legal drama is on his own team ... less than 3 months before his federal trial, one of the hip hop mogul's attorneys is abruptly bolting from the case.

Anthony Ricco filed a motion Friday morning in the Southern District of New York federal court to withdraw as Diddy's counsel. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ricco states, "under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs, consistent with the ABA Standards for Criminal Justice."

He offered no further explanation for his departure, but did add that there are "sufficient reasons for [the] brevity" of his request. Ricco does say he's discussed the action with Diddy's lead counsel Marc Agnifilo, confirming there won't be any lapse in representation or delay with jury selection or trial commencement.

"Ugly Betty" and Hallmark star Eric Mabius was arrested for battery Thursday ... and, video shows the incident that led to his arrest.

TMZ has obtained video from inside The Goat ... a bar in Nassau County, Florida just north of Jacksonville -- and, it shows a man who looks like Eric hanging out by the bar with a woman.

Sources connected to the situation tell us ... while everything seems quiet and relaxed at first, the woman sitting next to Eric apparently got into a verbal altercation with the man next to her ... before seemingly spitting in his face. The arrest report notes the spitting incident.

Luigi Mangione's loyal supporters are now portraying the accused killer as some god-like figure ahead of his court appearance Friday ... they plastered a giant poster of him appearing as an apostle on the side of a New York City building.

Check it out ... the alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer is pictured standing in front of a sun wearing a green and white cloak with a red heart on it. Yellow letters reading "FREE LUIGI" are printed across his neck.

Mangione will head to state court Friday afternoon ... marking the first time he will sit before a judge since his arraignment on charges he allegedly shot to death UnitedHealthCare Group CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown Manhattan in December 2024.

Ten people allegedly involved in the brutal beating that ultimately killed inmate Robert Brooks have been charged in connection to the death ... with six of them facing murder charges.

Nicholas Anzalone, David Kingsley, Anthony Farina, Christopher Walrath, Mathew Galliher and an unnamed suspect who hasn't been arraigned yet all face charges of second-degree murder in the violent beating.

Three others -- Michael Mashaw, Michael Fisher and David Walters -- have been charged with manslaughter. Nicholas Gentile has been charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Erik and Lyle Menendez were viciously attacked in the early days of their time in prison, but their lives have radically changed since then.

The Menendez brothers appeared by phone on TMZ's podcast, "2 Angry Men" with Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos, who reps Erik and Lyle. They talked about how they survived and evolved in the 35 years they've been incarcerated.

Erik says he was violently attacked numerous times, but never fought back. He and Lyle were in separate prisons for the first 21 years behind bars, and Erik vividly remembers when he got word his brother had been viciously attacked and suffered a broken jaw.

They are clearly anxious about their re-sentencing hearing next month, where they will learn how they will spend the rest of their lives -- either as prisoners or free men.

1:35 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained the arrest report ... A Nassau County sheriff's deputy responded to a call about a fight at a bar in the city of Yulee, Florida at about 2:13 Thursday morning. The deputy says a male at the scene was trying to help a woman stand just inside the doorway ... and both appeared "extremely intoxicated," yelling at people inside. The deputy and a second deputy carried the woman outside, where she laid on the ground, and "continued to resist," according to the report.

The deputy said the bartender and other patrons had told the woman she was being obnoxious and asked her to leave ... and that's when the woman spat on several people ... then Eric Mabius allegedly pushed her and another woman to the ground. Eric then got on top of this second woman and pulled her hair, allegedly ripping a handful from her scalp. People in the bar then separated them.

When deputies arrived, Eric allegedly became belligerent and refused commands to sit, even walking up behind one deputy ... prompting his arrest. Mabius and the drunk woman were both arrested for battery and resisting without violence.

Eric Mabius -- a veteran television actor -- has been arrested in Florida for battery ... TMZ has learned.

The star was arrested Thursday morning and booked into the Nassau County Jail and Detention Center just before 6 AM.

He was booked on two charges ... battery and resisting an officer without violence. They are both misdemeanor charges. He's not smiling in his mug shot -- and, it appears he may have a cut by his right eye.

Erik Menendez owned his past by acknowledging he was a "spoiled brat" growing up, but things have radically changed.

Erik and Lyle Menendez were on TMZ's "2 Angry Men" podcast with Mark Geragos and Harvey Levin, and Harvey was blunt ... telling Erik when he covered their trial many years ago, his impression -- which was shared by many others -- was that they were spoiled brats.

Erik was clear ... guilty as charged, saying back then he thought he could mask his insecurities with expensive clothes and fancy cars. He went on to say measuring success by the stuff he acquired was ridiculous.
