Jax Taylor has revealed very personal news ... coming clean that he has been addicted to cocaine for half his life.

The 45-year-old reality star was clearly nervous to make the candid confession on Tuesday's "Hot Mic" podcast episode ... but did so to set his story straight ahead of Season 2 of "The Valley."

He explains ... "I just want to let people know this is a really, really tough disease and it’s a really tough sickness ... So to come out and say that I have an addiction [and] that I have a sickness that I have to work on the rest of my life is a really big deal for me."

Bob Bryar -- the drummer for My Chemical Romance from 2004 to 2014 -- died next to a large supply of nitrous oxide ... according to the medical examiner.

TMZ obtained the autopsy report from Bob's November death in Tennessee, and the Bedford County Medical Examiner says the rocker's badly decomposed body was found next to three large nitrous oxide canisters.

The ME says antidepressant medication was also found at the home where Bob was found dead. The report notes the nitrous oxide canisters had attached tubing -- meaning they were ready for use -- but the ME stops short of saying the substance played a role in Bob's death.

David Krumholtz claims smoking weed almost killed him -- and, he doesn't mean he thought he was going to die because he got too high ... he says it actually sent him to the hospital.

The veteran actor best known as head elf Bernard in 'The Santa Clause' franchise told Page Six he took a long break from smoking marijuana ... but, when he got back into it, it quickly became a daily habit.

Krumholtz says the daily toking took a toll. He developed cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome ... a rare condition that causes long-term, daily marijuana smokers "repeated and severe bouts of vomiting" according to Cedars-Sinai.

BigXthaPlug -- one of rap's biggest rising stars -- has been arrested on a marijuana charge in Texas ... TMZ has learned.

BigX was arrested Wednesday morning and was being held at the Arlington City Jail. He's been charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Arlington PD tells TMZ ... around 12:05 AM local time, BigX was driving with expired tags and got pulled over by cops. The officer reported he could smell marijuana as he approached the vehicle and asked BigX and the passenger -- Cleodist Landum -- to exit the car.

Matthew Perry's final days were flooded with ketamine -- 27 doses in the three days before his tragic death in October 2023, a bombshell new documentary has revealed.

Peacock's "Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy" was released Tuesday, with U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada -- who led the investigation -- pointing fingers at the people who allegedly supplied Perry with the powerful anesthetic.

According to Alcohol.org, a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 2.7 grams per liter equates to 0.27% -- a level that can cause severe symptoms like confusion, disorientation, and feeling dazed.

Cops conducted a field test on the powder during 34-year-old Jordan's Feb. 4 traffic stop ... and while initial testing resulted in a positive reading for cocaine, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement also did further tests, which concluded it was actually ketamine.

Liam Payne's friend Roger Nores is off the hook in the criminal case of the One Direction singer's drug-fueled death in Argentina, TMZ has confirmed.

Prosecutors originally charged Nores with manslaughter for allegedly abandoning Liam just prior to the star plunging to his death from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aries last October, while he was under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.

But, on Wednesday, the judges dropped the manslaughter charge against Nores and two hotel workers after the court ruled there was nothing the trio could have done to save Liam.

Chauncy Glover -- a local Los Angeles news anchor -- died from acute intoxication by a pair of drugs including methamphetamine ... TMZ has learned.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner released a statement Wednesday determining Glover died from "acute intoxication by the combined effects of chloroethane and methamphetamine."

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, chloroethane is a colorless, flammable gas used to numb the skin before piercings and to treat sports injuries. It's unclear how Glover came into contact with it.

The death has been ruled an accident, but the full medical examiner's report won't be ready until the end of next month, the press release states.

Duke Gadd's mother is not happy with Corey Feldman ... 'cause the coroner hasn't ruled on her son's death yet -- so, she doesn't know how "Dr. Corey" can tell everyone he knows how Duke died.

We spoke with Carol Gadd -- Duke's mom and wife of legendary Steely Dan drummer Steve Gadd ... and, she tells us they haven't received a coroner's report yet, so her son's cause of death isn't official.

She says the family was told he had a heart attack -- and a drug was probably involved ... but, no one they talked to has said it was for sure a fentanyl overdose.

A woman who says she was trafficked as a teenager is now suing Diddy, claiming he paid her and other minors to work a sex party in Miami just a few years ago.

The alleged victim filed the lawsuit Friday and details the encounter she claims went down in or around 2020, when Diddy was hosting a huge party -- which she says was clearly organized as a group sex event in a warehouse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Diddy made a formal announcement and toast to start the party. The woman says she'd already been drugged at that point ... sedated by an unnamed man, not Diddy, she calls her "trafficker." She claims to have been under the thumb of various pimps since she was 12, and at the time of Diddy's party, she was still only 15.

Dr. Drew is giving Diplo a dire warning about his use of psychedelics ... telling the DJ he could wind up in a psych ward if he continues his acid consumption.

The famous TV physician is "gravely" concerned about Diplo's strong affinity for LSD, and during a Wednesday interview with TMZ, he gave his analysis on how Diplo could land in a mental institution. Drew says, "It can happen. I have seen that from higher doses of LSD for sure," but on lower doses typically it can be managed on an outpatient basis.

And, Drew didn't stop there. The doctor says if Diplo's LSD intake is not managed by a professional, he might end up with a slow onset of mania or other types of neurotoxicity -- especially if he already has a mental health issue. The DJ has previously said he's struggled with depression.

Diplo is doubling down on his love for acid -- saying he ain't into weed or shrooms … but when it comes to LSD, his body is all in.
