"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum Siggy Flicker says karma is coming for Kanye West following his seemingly never-ending antisemitic rants and the recent release of his despicable new song titled "Heil Hitler."

TMZ caught up with Siggy this week after President Trump appointed her to the Holocaust Memorial board. During a Zoom call, Siggy told us that although she agrees with Ye's right to free expression, his Nazi rhetoric will ultimately catch up to him.

In fact, Siggy tells us that Kanye is missing out on the "true gift" of life because he's unable to raise the four children he shares with Kim Kardashian. Instead, Siggy says, Kanye's living in sin by parading his nearly naked wife -- Bianca Censori -- around in public all over the world.

"American Idol" creator Simon Fuller's wife is cutting the cord on their marriage ... because she just filed for divorce.

Simon's spouse, Natalie Fuller, beelined it to court Friday and filed for divorce after more than 16 years of marriage.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Natalie lists Friday as the date of separation and she's going with the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Kanye West's threatening letter to Kim Kardashian accusing her of exploiting their kids is just a stunt designed to piss off Kim -- one with zero legal bite ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... on Friday, Ye's purported lawyer, Kathy Johnson, supposedly sent Kim's attorney, Laura Wasser, a cease and desist letter, "concerning the welfare and custody of Mr. West’s minor children: North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West."

But we spotted a bunch of red flags pointing to this being a phony correspondence, including the claim Johnson works for a JB Law Firm in Palma, Spain. We've found no record of any such firm in that town ... there is one in the Canary Islands, but a website link for that firm doesn't work, nor does the phone number.

A retired United Airlines pilot has some serious safety concerns regarding a busy airport in New Jersey ... and he's got a message for the federal government.

Brittany Fortinberry is being held at the Morgan County Jail in Martinsville, IN and there's no way she's doing the nasty ... because there are no conjugal visits, no access to porn, and no sexually explicit material -- and she's all alone in her cell.

A rep for the jail tells us Fortinberry is in general population and she has a cell all to herself, despite each room allowing for 3 inmates. It's just her and a metal bunk, sink fixture, towel hooks, toilet, mirror and a night light.

Federal prosecutors are taking a big gamble with one of their star witnesses in Diddy's sex trafficking trial, because the woman they call "Victim 3" has always made it clear she does NOT want to testify ... TMZ has learned.

During jury selection this week, lead prosecutor Maurene Comey admitted the feds do not know whether the alleged victim -- one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends -- intends to appear in court to testify against him. Comey said the woman does not live locally, there's an issue getting in touch with her attorney ... and she may not even show up to court despite a subpoena.

Our sources with direct knowledge say the woman has never cooperated with prosecutors, and never gave them an indication she would be willing to take the stand during the trial.

Brittany Fortinberry's lawyer, Stephen Gray, filed a notice with the court to hire several mental health professionals to give his client a psychiatric evaluation.

Gray says he wants to see if Fortinberry suffers from a mental disease or defect, which "prevented her from appreciating the wrongfulness of the conduct the time of the offense."
