Brittany Cartwright is facing her fears head-on in "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" ... but not without a serious struggle when it comes to jumping from a helicopter.

TMZ obtained an exclusive clip from tonight's episode showing "The Valley" star battling major nerves as she prepares to make the leap. With the chopper blades spinning overhead, Cartwright admits just how overwhelming the moment feels, telling the camera how terrified of heights she is.

In the clip, she hesitates, inching toward the door, desperately clinging to the rope as she hangs over the helicopter skids, unable to let herself go, as the guy in charge yells at her to  "Go, go, jump!"

7:50 AM PT -- William Shatner confirmed that he had a medical episode with the explanation that he "over indulged" ... and poked fun at our (accurate) reporting.

William Shatner -- who played the iconic role of Captain Kirk on "Star Trek" -- was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after suffering a medical emergency, TMZ has learned.

Harry Gold, Shatner's agent, told TMZ ... The legendary actor experienced an issue with his blood sugar while at his home in Los Angeles late Wednesday afternoon and was checked out.

We're told Shatner called emergency medical service workers for help as a precaution and paramedics showed up in an LAFD ambulance.

Mr. Chow -- a celebrity-frequented eatery in Hollywood -- is being sued for failing to prevent sexual harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace after a former employee claimed a coworker touched the plaintiff's chest while on the clock.

In court documents filed by Shegerian & Associates and obtained by TMZ, a former employee suing anonymously as "Jane Doe" says she was continuously sexually harassed during her employment at the Beverly Hills establishment between 2022 and 2025, and claims she was retaliated against when she made formal complaints.

She alleges multiple instances of harassment from a server named Carlos Martinez ... the first being an August 2022 incident during which she claims he attempted to force her to kiss him on the cheek in order to leave the cramped coat-check area. Shortly after, she says, he showed her the cover of a book he was reading -- about sex -- which she describes as a "targeted attempt" to make her feel uncomfortable at work.

Sophia Hutchins did not have any alcohol or drugs in her bloodstream when she died in a vehicle accident in Los Angeles over the summer, TMZ has learned.

Hutchins was a publicist and longtime friend of Caitlyn Jenner. The L.A. County Coroner performed an autopsy on her after her horrifying crash near Caitlyn's Malibu home in July.

According to the medical examiner's report, obtained by TMZ, Hutchins came up clean for alcohol and drugs, with the exception of her initial test for benzodiazepines, an anti-anxiety drug. But further testing determined benzos were not detected in her system.

The $33 million RICO lawsuit filed against Diddy's mother, Janice Smalls Combs, has been dismissed.

A court document obtained by TMZ reveals the federal complaint by plaintiff Deon Best -- a former associate of the music mogul -- against Janice and her music publishing companies was dismissed without prejudice.

Best, known as "D1", originally sued Janice in January 2025, alleging she was involved in a scheme to defraud him of his intellectual property rights, royalties, and publishing revenues. He accused her of knowingly using her influence and name to take away his publishing rights and royalties, which he said caused significant financial and emotional harm to him.

"Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh looked rattled and shaken after his violent car crash ... he's seen on police body cam explaining to officers how the harrowing incident unfolded.

In the intense footage -- obtained by TMZ -- cops rush up to Walsh's SUV just moments after he swerved into oncoming traffic and slammed into two utility poles. Daily Mail was first to report on the bodycam.

Walsh's wife, Leslie, is seen getting treated for her injuries as she lays on the street ... and you can hear Dylan tell cops he was behind the wheel. He adds he isn’t sure how the crash happened ... saying he looked down, and the next thing he knew they were in the wreck.
