Actress Kim Delaney is putting that hit-and-run lawsuit behind her -- in the rearview, if you will -- because she’s settling, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... the "NYPD Blue" star settled this week with Dzhamal Badalov -- the man who claims she sent him flying after slamming her car into his motorcycle back in 2022.

Badalov alleges he was stopped at a red light when Kim rammed him. He says she tried to drive off, but was initially stopped by bystanders.

Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi brought their romance back stateside ... going on a cute dinner date with pals near Jenner's home in Montecito.

We've obtained photos of the pair walking into a low-key local joint ... on what looked like a double date, sources tell us.

Our sources say Kendall was very affectionate with Jacob ... slinging an arm around him and scratching the back of his neck -- while occasionally playing with his hair too.

TMZ obtained the petition 19-year-old Kai filed in Palm Beach County Court, against a 26-year-old man named Gabriel Garza Jr.

A judge granted Kai -- Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump's first born -- a temporary restraining order in April, which restricts Gabriel from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.

Kyle Busch's medical emergency has been partially revealed by 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... with a caller saying the NASCAR superstar was struggling to breathe, overheating and coughing up blood before medics rushed to help.

During the emergency call placed around 5:30 PM Wednesday, the caller urgently requests an ambulance to a training facility in Concord, North Carolina ... telling dispatch, "I've got an individual that's shortness of breath, very hot, thinks he's going to pass out, and he's producing a little bit of blood, coughing up some blood."

The caller also confirmed the patient was still conscious at the time ... repeatedly telling dispatch, “He is awake. He's awake. He's awake.”

Gabbie Gonzalez is out of custody after posting $2 million bail ... TMZ has learned.

The influencer -- who was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder -- was released from custody Friday just after 4 PM PT.

The judge set a series of conditions for Gabbie's release during her arraignment on Thursday on top of the $2 million ... including mandated GPS monitoring, an order to stay away from her daughter and the child's father, Jack Avery, and an order not to post about the criminal case on social media.
