Jennifer Lopez's search for a new post-Ben Affleck home might be over, but she's holding off on pulling the trigger just yet due to L.A.'s wildfire disaster ... TMZ has learned.

J Lo recently toured a $20 million off-market mansion in Brentwood ... according to a source with direct knowledge. Of course, that's the same L.A. neighborhood where Ben purchased his new home after they split.

We're told Jen "really likes" the home, but has "serious concerns" about the air quality around it. Remember, Brentwood was affected by the deadly Palisades Fire right next door -- many residents there, including Ben, were forced to evacuate, and the air quality is still pretty poor.

Sirhan Sirhan, the man who assassinated Robert F. Kennedy, is eager to see the government's classified files on RFK's assassination ... he's searching for an answer to a question he's always wondered -- was anyone else involved???

Sirhan's attorney, Angela Berry, tells TMZ ... they hope the FBI files President Trump just ordered to be released will finally paint a full picture of what happened that fateful day in 1968 when RFK was shot dead while running for president.

Angela tells us Sirhan's legal team has gotten some FBI files over the years, but they were redacted ... and they're hoping Trump's action opens the floodgates for the whole truth to come out.

At least one Super Bowl MVP thinks Pete Carroll's going to do great in his new gig ... Malcolm Smith tells TMZ Sports he's sure the Raiders just hired the right guy!!

Smith, of course, is biased ... he not only won a championship with Carroll in Seattle, but he played for him in college at USC too. Nonetheless, he told us just hours after it was revealed that Carroll was going to Las Vegas that his former boss is going to cook in the Silver and Black.

Rocky's trial starts this morning with opening statements, and he now faces 24 years in prison for allegedly shooting A$AP Relli in November 2021.

The plea deal he was offered included 180 days in jail, a guilty plea to the most serious of the 2 felonies for which he was charged -- assault with a semiautomatic weapon -- a 7-year suspended sentence, 3 years probation and 500 hours of community service.

The Office of the State's Attorney for Prince George's County in Maryland announced Thursday that Cori Clingman is now facing counts of grossly negligent and criminally negligent vehicular manslaughter, as well as counts of vehicular manslaughter related to driving under the influence over allegations she drove her Infiniti Q50 into Jackson's Dodger Charger back on July 6.

Officials allege Clingman was traveling at a high rate of speed in Upper Marlboro while impaired ... and hit Jackson's ride as she was trying to make a lane change. Jackson's vehicle, cops said, careened off the road and hit multiple trees.
