South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun is defending himself against accusations he groomed late actress Kim Sae-ron when she was underage, getting emotional as he spoke about all the drama at a press conference.

Kim Soo-hyun sat before media in Seoul on Monday to address the allegations hurled at him by Kim Sae-ron's family that he groomed her during their relationship beginning in 2016, when she was just 15 and he was 28. The family's attorney said text messages between the two confirm the relationship. Back in February, Sae-ron died at 24 in what police say was a suicide.

During Monday's presser, Kim Soo-hyun admitted he dated Kim Sae-ron for about a year starting around 2020, but denied that she was a minor. According to reports, Kim Sae-ron was born in July 2000, which would have made her 19 or 20 at the time. In South Korea, the age of consent is 16.

The family of actress Kim Sae-ron -- who died by suicide in February -- is firing off at a Korean screen star who they claim groomed their daughter ... revealing texts he allegedly sent her when he was an adult and she was still underage.

The family's attorney held a press conference Thursday ... sharing messages allegedly sent in 2016 between 15-year-old Kim Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun, who was 28 when the lawyer claims the messages were sent.

Written in Korean, these texts translate to seemingly inappropriate messages between the two ... with Kim Soo-hyun saying he wants to kiss and hug Kim Sae-ron through the night.

Iman Shumpert is adamant he never leaked any sort of information to the public about his messy divorce with Teyana Taylor.

The former NBA star's attorney, Stephen C. Steele, said in a statement to TMZ Sports on Wednesday that Shumpert vehemently denies Taylor's allegations that he recently dropped nuggets about their split to media members in order to drum up interest in his new rap music.

"My client, Mr. Iman Shumpert, has never whatsoever leaked any allegations or claims stated in any of the pleadings in" the Taylor/Shumpert divorce case, Steele said. "Mr. Shumpert adamantly denies that he has provided any information to any media."

Teyana Taylor's legal team has filed a petition for citation of contempt against her ex-husband Iman Shumpert ... fake reports about their divorce settlement burned down Instagram and they're claiming Iman deliberately leaked sealed documents about their divorce to the media!!

According to docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Teyana claims she's been getting skewered on social media over misleading reports about who got what in their divorce.

Taylor insists it wasn't a "settlement" at all because the parties only got what was awarded by the court ... including vehicles and a tour bus, which she says she paid for on her own.
