Cleveland Browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. was arrested on Tuesday morning ... after he reportedly put a gun to his fiancée's head during a domestic dispute on Monday.

The defensive lineman -- who was just picked in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft -- was involved in the altercation at around 10 PM in Avon, Ohio ... this according to the incident report obtained by the The Chronicle-Telegram.

The outlet reports cops were called to the scene after the mom of Hall's fiancée alleged the 21-year-old football player roughed her daughter up and hit her with a baby bottle amid an argument.

It may be week one of the preseason, but Rams and Cowboys fans are in midseason form ... 'cause loyal supporters of the organizations went toe-to-toe in a bloody brawl outside SoFi Stadium.

The fight went down right outside the SoFi gates in Los Angeles ... where video shows a fan wearing an Aaron Donald jersey getting thrown to the ground by a guy rockin' Troy Aikman threads -- before delivering some big blows to the head of the guy on the ground who appears to be out cold.

The camera then pans over to a group of women also going at it ... with one being dragged by the hair. One of the women turns her attention to a guy in a Puka Nacua jersey, and takes a swing at him ... all while you can hear a little girl screaming in the background.

Aaron Rodgers' parents say Olivia Munn was the reason for the initial schism between the quarterback and his family ... claiming she caused the divide after the then-Packers star had a bad game back in 2014.

The Carolina Panthers had a pretty rough Thursday night ... not only did they drop their preseason opener to the New England Patriots -- when they arrived home, their plane slid off the runway.

It all happened at Charlotte Douglas International Airport when the team's Delta Airlines flight touched down at around 2:35 a.m. ET. The lift had been carrying the Panthers home from their 17-3 loss to Drake Maye and the Pats at Gillette Stadium.

The plane could be seen sliding off its mark -- and while the team was met with emergency vehicles following the scary landing, thankfully, no one reported injuries.

Former Univ. of Michigan star Denard Robinson was passed out behind the wheel after cops say he crashed into a street sign just before he was arrested for OWI earlier this year ... new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

The footage was captured at around 3:05 AM on April 15 by the Ann Arbor Police Department ... a short time after Robinson allegedly got drunk and drove on a roadway near the Wolverines' headquarters in Michigan.

You can see in the video ... as officers approached his wrecked SUV, Robinson appeared to be sound asleep in the driver's seat.

The Chiefs tight end -- along with Amazon Prime Video -- dropped the teaser for the new "Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?" show on Instagram on Thursday morning ... and you can see Kelce in a blue suit sportin' a big smile on his face as he posed inside the studios.

As part of the promo, the football player and the network also revealed the show will officially hit screens beginning on October 16.

Tim Walz has power with people from his past ... 'cause he's changed the mind of a former player he mentored decades ago when he was a Minnesota high school athletics coach.

Walz -- the current Minnesota governor and Kamala Harris' VP choice -- was the football coach at Mankato West High School in Mankato, MN, for several seasons in the '90s -- and he took a student named Dan Clement under his wing.

TMZ caught up with Dan on Wednesday and asked about his experiences with Walz as a teenager. Dan told us Walz had such an impact on his life that he went from an undecided vote to the Harris/Walz Democratic ticket in the upcoming presidential election.

A recent Appalachian State football practice descended into chaos ... as a player ripped off his teammate's helmet and then beat him with it -- and the entire ordeal was caught on video.

Check it out ... footage from an App State summer workout posted online shows the team in an 11-on-11 play -- when a pass rusher in a black No. 12 jersey gets into it with a blocker in a white No. 73 uniform.

You can see the two get in a bit of a shoving match ... before the guy in the black jersey snaps. He grabs his teammate's facemask and pulls so hard, it removes the dude's headgear. The defensive player then swings the helmet violently at his foe's head.

Harrison Butker just addressed his controversial commencement speech with a roomful of Chiefs reporters for the first time since he made the polarizing remarks ... and he was adamant he is NOT a misogynist.
