The "Full House" star has been declared cancer free after being diagnosed in October 2024 with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Dave completed his chemotherapy treatments in February, according to a new interview published Monday in Parade.

Virginia Giuffre, who accused the now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking, has shared a troubling IG post from a hospital ... claiming docs have told her she has 4 days to live -- now down to 3 -- after an apparent car crash.

In a Sunday IG post, Giuffre shared a photo of her bruised face from her hospital bed ... asserting in the caption that she went into renal failure after a school bus crashed into her at a whopping "110km" (68 miles per hour) while she was slowing down for a turn.

Giuffre claimed her injuries were so severe that doctors gave her just days to live and transferred her to a specialist urology hospital ... but despite supposedly being at death’s door, she still managed to muster up the strength to update her IG followers.

Tragedy has hit San Diego ... a 9-year-old girl died just hours after undergoing dental surgery under general anesthesia.

The unnamed girl had surgery at Dreamtime Dentistry in Vista, California on March 18, according to NBC 7 San Diego and Fox 5 San Diego. She was moved to a recovery room, discharged, and slept during the car ride home. She continued to sleep at home ... her parents said she was unresponsive in bed when they checked on her later.

She was rushed to Rady Children’s Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Joe Gatto's seeking professional help in the aftermath of several women blasting him for alleged inappropriate behavior ... announcing he plans to enter an in-patient treatment facility.

In a statement obtained by TMZ ... Joe's letting fans know he's entering the facility to continue working on himself -- sending his thanks to friends, family and more.

It's unclear what he plans to address with the treatment ... but, it seems Gatto feels he needs individual care to help him during this difficult time.

Actor Jan Schwieterman, best known for his 1997 role in the comedy film, "Good Burger," has died after a bout with cancer.

Jan passed away on February 28 at Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri, according to an online obituary.

His brother, Chad, wrote on Facebook earlier this month that Jan was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of stage 4 cancer.
