Gordon Ramsay looked like he was making Gordon Tartare recently ... 'cause his whole left side had the color of raw meat after a massive bike accident left him with a bruise.

The chef extraordinaire shared a clip to his social media Saturday telling his fans about a recent struggle ... turning a bad experience on his bike into a PSA about the importance of wearing a helmet.

GR starts by telling fans -- who know he loves to ride his bike -- he got into a nasty cycling accident this week that left him in a ton of pain. He says the accident shook him -- and he repeats multiple times he's lucky to be alive.

Diddy's given back a major honor ... returning New York's Key to the City after Mayor Eric Adams requested it back in a letter, citing the Cassie assault video.

TMZ has obtained two letters -- one to Combs Entertainment LLC's office in New York and the other to his L.A. office -- addressed to Diddy from Mayor Adams saying he's "deeply disturbed" by the Cassie video.

Adams adds he stands with survivors of domestic abuse ... before noting the Key to the City is given to individuals who act as model citizens -- a standard the selection committee no longer feels Diddy meets.

The Florida alligator that ate a homeless woman last year got killed and cut open by officials once they discovered the grisly act -- and now ... we're seeing all the aftermath on tape.

TMZ has obtained new photos/video from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission that shows exactly what they did when they learned the beast had killed and eaten Sabrina Peckham -- who was living in an encampment near a canal in Largo.

The body cam video shows the moments after the gator had been shot and killed -- with Wildlife officials fishing the animal out of the water and throwing it on a truck bed ... and later cutting it open to get the poor woman's body parts out from inside its guts.

The student who says a coach ran up from behind him and choked him with a rolled-up shirt earlier this month is now planning to sue the man and his school ... telling TMZ Sports he's dealing with back pain and several other issues stemming from the scary incident.

14-year-old Michael Moon says it all happened back on June 4 ... after a coach at his Ypsilanti Middle School had seen him "horseplaying" with one of his female classmates.

Moon claims the coach asked him to do pushups due to the interaction -- but when Moon told him he couldn't do them because of a hand injury he had recently sustained ... he says the man became upset.

A middle school coach in Michigan is out of a job and facing criminal charges after cops say he used a shirt to choke a student in the hallway ... which was apparently caught on video.

Surveillance footage from Ypsilanti Middle School purportedly shows a coach -- an adult man, mind you -- approaching a teenage student from behind as the kid walks down the hallway towards the door, before the guy wraps a rolled-up shirt around the student's neck.

It looks like the coach -- who has yet to be ID'd --  yanks back on the shirt and a struggle ensues ... all while the shirt tightens around the kid's neck. Ultimately, the teen breaks free and the man lets up as the kid walks away.

A guy in L.A. tried stopping a moving fire truck, only to be chased off by the firefighters aboard -- but this wild situation didn't end there ... it was even crazier, TMZ has learned.

This footage is making the rounds online, and for good reason ... it's absolutely nuts. A random dude in South Central late last week attempted to derail an L.A. County fire engine that we're told was en route to a car accident just up the block.

A Coldplay concert in Greece hit the pause button after a man draped in an Israeli flag fell while trying to rush the stage ... just one of the various gestures from the pro-Israel crowd.

Footage has surfaced from Coldplay's gig in Athens this week -- and it shows front man Chris Martin pausing in the middle of a song as a guy wrapped in an Israeli flag climbs onto a set of lights along the edge of the stage ... before suddenly falling hard on his ass.

Chris tells his band to stop immediately ... then, he and guitarist Johnny Buckland rush over and peer down into the depths below the stage -- checking to see if the dude is alright.

A Nashville DoorDash driver was caught on doorbell footage hurling a racist slur at a Black customer -- a despicable act that led to his firing.

In a shocking TikTok clip posted Tuesday by customer Christina Derrica, the delivery man drops her order on her front porch and says, "Here's your food, n****r."

He still did his job, though, snapping a photo of the food for proof of delivery, but then felt compelled to drop yet another n-bomb -- as he walked away he muttered, "Chow down, n****r."

Two people ended up in the hospital after a small floatplane collided with a pleasure boat in Vancouver -- and the video footage is jaw-dropping ... 'cause it uses the vessel like a ramp.

Check out the chaos unfold from Saturday -- the Harbour Air floatplane was prepping for takeoff when it collided with the boat, not able to lift up off the water in time ... and the impact was so intense, it sent the boat spinning towards the plane before it started sinking.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Bad Boys: Ride or Die" is projected to make $56 million domestically when all's said and done -- higher than the previous estimate of $53 million.

BTW ... international box office totals have eclipsed $48.6 million -- cracking the $100 million total globally.

Taylor Swift's serious about her fans' health ... straight-up refusing to sing until security could get to someone who apparently needed help -- and narrating the whole situation.

New video -- now circulating on X -- shows the singer-songwriter onstage in Edinburgh, Scotland Friday ... strumming the notes to her song "Would've, Could've, Should've" before she sees a few of her fans in her crowd she feels need assistance.

Over the microphone, Taylor says there's someone right in front of her who needs help ... and adds she's not going to sing until event staff rushes to aid the fans.
