Kanye West is gearing up to sue his former dentist ... claiming he suffered injuries and financial damages due to alleged reckless administration of nitrous oxide.

The rapper's legal team -- headed by Andrew Cherkasky -- sent a notice of intention to sue to Dr. Thomas P. Connelly, who they say became Ye's dentist in early 2024.

Ye's team claims that while he was under Connelly's care, the dentist "engaged in numerous inappropriate and dangerous practices that were far outside the bounds of any legitimate medical purpose or standard of care."

Virginia Giuffre's father isn't buying the official narrative about his daughter's death ... claiming there's no way she killed herself -- and, instead, he says someone got to her.

Sky Roberts spoke with Piers Morgan Thursday ... and, he says it's been an emotional time for the family -- with lots of tears and disbelief at Virginia's death.

He then added, "And then for them to say that she committed suicide, there's no way that she did. Somebody got to her.”

UFC fighter Sedriques Dumas has been arrested again, TMZ Sports has confirmed ... and now, he's facing a handful of criminal charges -- including robbery and battery.

The middleweight mixed-martial artist was locked up by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office in Pensacola, Fla., on Monday ... and court records show he's since been hit with five total charges over the police run-in.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained court docs filed by Fat Joe on Tuesday, in which he claims his former hypeman Terrance "T.A." Dixon is trying to collect money he didn't earn and resorted to publicly calling the rapper a pedophile on social media when he didn't get his way.

According to the lawsuit, Dixon claimed, on social media, Joe flew a 16-year-old girl across state lines for sex and posted the allegation along with a picture of Joe, Diddy, and DJ Khaled.

The high-profile trial of 10 suspects in the multimillion-dollar jewelry heist of Kim Kardashian in Paris in 2016 is underway this week ... and three of the defendants in the country's biggest robbery in decades testified today.

Two of the "Grandpa Robbers" -- they're in their 60s and 70s -- took the stand Tuesday, including one who wrote a book about the incident ... titled "I Kidnapped Kim Kardashian."

Yunice Abbas, the 71-year-old author, was up first ... fleeing the robbery scene on a bicycle, he fell and dropped a bag of jewelry, spilling gems. He said he picked up what he could, but left a $24,000 diamond necklace on the street. That necklace was found by a pedestrian later that morning, who reportedly wore it at work that day -- before finding out about the robbery and turning it over to police, BBC News reports.

Matt Petgrave -- the hockey player arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection to former NHL pro Adam Johnson's death in 2023 -- will not face criminal charges ... British officials stated this week.

The Crown Prosecution Service announced the decision Tuesday ... saying after a thorough police investigation, it has opted not to pursue charges.

"We have concluded that there is not a realistic prospect of conviction for any criminal offense and so there will not be a prosecution. Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Adam Johnson," the CPS said.

The lawyer representing the woman accusing Shannon Sharpe of rape will not be releasing the video that allegedly depicts the two engaging in sex ... calling it "key evidence" in their case against the former NFL star.

Tony Buzbee tells TMZ Sports ... he and his client -- who filed a lawsuit against Sharpe earlier this month for sexual assault using the pseudonym Jane Doe -- have zero plans right now to put the footage out to the media.

"The only reason you know about the existence of a video recording is that Mr. Sharpe specifically referenced it in his bulls*** statement," Buzbee said. "The contents of the video was shared during the mediation process with Sharpe’s attorneys. Again, Sharpe and his team disclosed that, not us. Sharpe himself was offered on more than one occasion to view it himself. He declined. We've never made any claims or threats about it and won't do so."
