Several stars from the original "Last Chance U" seasons are going after Netflix ... TMZ Sports has learned the former footballers are suing the streaming giant for millions following claims they got screwed over and defamed.

Multiple players from the 2015 and 2016 East Mississippi Community College football teams, including Ronald Ollie and John Franklin III, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles this week ... about a decade or so after they gained national notoriety from multiple episodes of "Last Chance U."

The documentary followed the athletes as they navigated through the rigors of EMCC seasons ... and according to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Netflix and a host of other defendants, including the National Junior College Athletic Association and EMCC, netted some big profits after it all aired.

A$AP Rocky is saving his words for his next album or potential victory speech -- he won't be testifying in his assault trial!!!

On Tuesday, Rocky waived his right to testify when the judge asked his attorney Joe Tacopina if they had finalized a decision, after deliberating over it earlier this week.

Lines are being drawn and a family fight is brewing over a potential conservatorship for former MTV host Matt Pinfield.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Matt's girlfriend, Kara Brown, and his brother, Glenn, claims Matt's daughter Jessica is isolating Matt from the rest of the family and trying to cut them out from his life.

Matt, as we first reported, is hospitalized after suffering a medical emergency. Jessica claims he's incompetent and unable to make decisions on health and finances. She filed for a conservatorship and voiced fears his GF would drain his bank account if left unchecked.

Prosecutors grilled Twelvyy during Friday's court proceedings, showing him a photo of Rocky's bed with the letters "AWGE" emblazoned on the furniture, and asked what the letters mean -- but before Twelvyy could respond, Rocky yelled out, "Don't say!"

The outburst created some chaos ... Twelvyy would only say, "It means AWGE," which pissed off the prosecutor, who asked the judge to force the witness to be more forthcoming. When Twelvyy kept stonewalling, Rocky's attorney, Joe Tacopina, asked for a sidebar with the judge.
