UFC champ Ronda Rousey is making it clear to her next victim opponent -- she can play nice outside of the octagon, but inside ... she'll still bash in her face.

Ronda's warning went out to fellow UFC fighter Cat Zingano ... who's going head-to-head with Rousey as a coach on the next season of "The Ultimate Fighter".

They're also going to compete in a title fight.

Zingano had the stones to tweet Rousey today, asking if she can have all the early training times while shooting 'TUF' ... so Cat can spend more time with her son.

Rousey tells TMZ ... despite her usual desire to torment the competition at every opportunity, she's willing to make an exception and grant the mommy time.

But Ronda also cautions Cat ... "Enjoy the convenience of your free time in the afternoon and evenings, but don't expect me to be so nice the night of the fight!”

Translation ... mommies get no mercy.

While the UFC is not too keen on letting Fallon Fox duke it out in the Octagon anytime soon, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan says the MMA transgender fighter is welcome in HIS ring any day ... even if the idea confuses him a little.

Hulk was at LAX Saturday when our photog asked the wrestling god all about the Fox controversy: she wants to fight chicks in the UFC, but a TON of MMA peeps (including her opponents, Dana White and Joe Rogan) say it's not fair ... since she was born a man.

But Hulk is an equal opportunity destroyer and told our cameraman not only will he take on Fox, he'll "crush him." Then he gets confused and says "her" ... then "him" again. You should just watch it.

Props to Hulk anyways ... even though this in no way solves the problem at hand.

Joe Rogan -- the voice of the UFC -- is taking a stand on transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox ... saying  there's "no f**king way" she should be allowed to get in the ring with a natural woman.

Rogan unloaded on Fox during his podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience" -- saying, "She calls herself a woman but ... I tend to disagree."

He continues, "She used to be a man ... but now she has had, she's a transgender which is (the) official term that means you've gone through it, right? And she wants to be able to fight women in MMA. I say no f**king way."

"I say if you had a d*ck at one point in time, you also have all the bone structure that comes with having a d*ck. You have bigger hands, you have bigger shoulder joints. You're a f**king man. That's a man, OK?"

"I don't care if you don't have a d*ck any more," Rogan added ... "You're a man without a d*ck."

Transgender MMA fighter (and former man) Fallon Fox has NO PLACE in women's mixed martial arts ... so grouses her next opponent ... but the challenger is still confident she'll kick Fallon's ass.

Allanna "Hands of Stones" Jones -- who's scheduled to fight Fox next month in Florida -- tells TMZ, "It doesn't matter what he [Fox] had changed ... he was still born and developed a man."

Jones believes Fox's participation in the sport will distract from the accomplishments of "real" female fighters, saying, "[WMMA] is just making a name for itself and this will have a negative impact on it.”

Worth noting ... Fox is a postoperative transsexual who has undergone hormone therapy and has been living as a woman for years. Any advantage she might have over other female fighters is debatable.

But despite claims it's not a fair fight, Jones is still convinced she'll wipe the floor with Fox -- telling us, "I am not scared to fight him because I know I can win."

Guess we'll see about that.

Now, Cyborg is striking back ... telling TMZ, "Fraud? I’m not the one that hides behind a weight class that she knows I can’t make."

FYI -- Rousey has made it clear ... the only way she will fight the 145-pound Santos is if Cyborg drops down to the 135 lb weight class -- where Ronda currently reigns supreme.

Cyborg's response? "Meet me at 140 lbs" ... adding, "Then ask her if I’m a fraud after I knock her ass out!”

Cyborg -- who'll get in the ring for the Invicta Fighting Championships on April 5 -- says Rousey's ultimatum is the move of a coward:

"Obviously she knows that she can’t compete with me – take the time, maybe [Ronda] will get good enough and gain some confidence."

"Until then … I am the best and do not want to talk about hypotheticals. I fight in Invicta and I’m proud to be helping save women's MMA!"

Transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox was a stereotypical manly man before she became a woman ... and TMZ has obtained the photos to prove it.

An ex-GF tells us ... she met Fallon back in 1999 when he was serving in the Navy. Fallon -- born Boyd Burton -- went by "Woody," after "Woody Boyd" from "Cheers."

The ex says Woody was a "manly man" -- athletic, short-cropped hair, leather jackets, big into heavy metal -- and she never suspected he'd become a transsexual. The two eventually broke up because of distance ... no other relationship problems.

Years after the breakup, the ex says she reached out to Fallon after she announced her transition on Facebook -- and that's when Fallon informed her she always felt she was in the wrong body.

A female transgender MMA fighter who just kicked an opponent's ass in 39 seconds has set her sights on the UFC.

Fallon Fox was born a man. In 2006, when she was 30, she had gender reassignment surgery.

Fox is now a MMA fighter for the Championship Fighting Alliance (CFA). Her record is 2 and 0 after destroying Ericka Newsome Saturday night in 39 seconds with a vicious knee to the head.

Fox says she now wants to fight "at the highest level" -- which in the MMA world is only one place -- the UFC.

Fox insists she is a woman in every respect and just happens to fall into the category of postoperative transsexual. She compares herself to any other category of women, including blacks, lesbians and the disabled.

Fox says she has no advantage over naturally born women.

The owner of CFA, Jorge De La Noval, tells TMZ, "CFA is an organization which does not discriminate against any fighter ... as long as they are professionally licensed."

As for fighting in the UFC, Dana White tells us to fight in the UFC ... Fox would have to get the green light from the state athletic commission. But he also says Fox hasn't proved herself yet ... the 2 women she's beat have never won a fight.

Rampage Jackson is picking a fight with the UFC ... claiming he'll NEVER fight for Dana White ever again because he feels the organization has treated him like a chump. But Dana says Rampage doesn't have a choice ... because the UFC doesn't WANT him back.

Rampage was leaving AV Nightclub in L.A. Monday night when we asked about reports that he was retiring from the sport ... in the wake of Saturday's loss to UFC fighter Glover Teixeira.

"I didn't retire from MMA, " Rampage said ... adding, "But as of now ... I've left the UFC."

He continued ... "The UFC didn't treat me right. I don't like the way I was treated there."

So what pissed him off? Rampage says he was screwed out of cash ... and he feels betrayed over a deal involving Rampage action figures.

Jackson says he's hungry to sign a new deal with a rival MMA company so he can forget the UFC for good -- but he's contractually obligated to wait a month after his last fight until he can sign a new deal.

We spoke to White -- who couldn't have been more direct ... saying, "Rampage didn't quit. He lost his last 3 fights and his contract is up. Do you see me beating his door down to get him back?"

White continued, "From 2007 to 2012, Rampage has made $15.2 million with the UFC. Ask him how much he made from the 'A-Team' when I let him go film it."

They say a picture's worth a thousand words ... and if that picture happens to feature a penis that was FRACTURED during sex, it might be worth a couple thousand bucks ... at least that's what MMA fighter Ray Elbe is hoping for.

Sources close to Elbe tell TMZ ... the former "Ultimate Fighter" contestant TOOK PHOTOS of his mangled manhood after his GF snapped it in half during a spirited love-making session.

As we previously reported, Elbe's penis ripped open ... sending blood spattering all over his room. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was immediately stitched up.

MMA fighter Ray Elbe -- who competed on "Ultimate Fighter 9" -- had to be rushed to a hospital in Malaysia earlier this month and required 10 stitches ... after he BROKE HIS PENIS during sex.

Elbe told the whole story -- in painfully graphic detail -- on an MMA website ... explaining how he was having sex with his GF, who was "on top" ... when she bounced a little too high, and crunched Ray's erect penis.

According to Ray, his penis "fractured" ... and "blood was everywhere." Ray says he immediately passed out from the pain.

Ray says he was rushed to a nearby hospital ... and underwent emergency surgery to close the wound and repair a "slight tear" in his urinary tube.

Elbe says the pain was so severe after the surgery, his johnson was "throbbing with each heart beat."

Elbe says he expects to make a full recovery -- and was ordered to take "anti-erection pills" for two weeks.

The fighter says he learned a hard lesson from the experience -- and will never let his GF be "on top" ever again.

Ronda Rousey's too chicken to fight Cris 'Cyborg' Santos ... and that's why Cyborg won't be facing Rousey in Rousey's first ever UFC fight next February -- Cyborg's rep tells TMZ.

FYI -- Cyborg is widely regarded as one of the most dominant female MMA fighters on the planet ... famously beating up former "American Gladiators" star Gina Carano back in 2009.

According to the rep, "This is a fight all the fans want and we want to give to them. We have offered to fight Ronda at a catch weight of 140lbs. She has turned that offer down and will not budge to make this fight happen."

The rep adds, "Cyborg wants Rousey but can not and will not drop to 135 [Rousey's fighting weight]."

According to the rep, "We understand Ronda is worried about losing because of her new found fame. We are not worried about fame; we are worried about Cris' health."

The rep tells us, several doctors have said it would be unsafe for Cris (who fights at 145) to drop ten pounds for a bout.

Ronda Rousey has signed a contract to fight in the MAIN EVENT at UFC 157 in February ... the first ever female fight in UFC history ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the 25-year-old Olympic medalist will step in the ring with 28-year-old Liz Carmouche ... a highly-ranked MMA badass who served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

The fight is set to go down on Feb. 23 in Anaheim, CA.

FYI -- Carmouche has a 7-2 record and an awesome nickname -- The Girl-rilla.

Ronda Rousey ain't ashamed to say it ... she's all about banging dudes before she steps into the octagon -- thereby cementing her place as the coolest chick in sports.

The MMA champ revealed her pre-fight sex rituals with Jim Rome on Showtime ... saying, "I try to have as much sex as possible before I fight, actually."

Rousey says the old theory about no sex before fights doesn't apply to female fighters because making the beast with two backs increases testosterone levels in women -- clearly a plus before brawling.

TMZ broke the story ... Ronda is jumping to the UFC to become the league's first female fighter.

The punches were real ... the blood was real ... and now former WWE champ Bautista has chalked up his first real win in an actual MMA fight.

Bautista stepped in the ring on Saturday night with Vince Lucero -- a veteran MMA brawler turned bona fide fat person.

Lucero threw a couple of good shots during the fight ... but in the end, Bautista was too strong for the veteran. The ref stopped the fight at 4:05 in the opening round when Bautista mounted his opponent and rained down with a flurry of undefended punches to the head.

With just hours left until his MMA debut, former WWE champ Bautista has been prepping for his big match by hanging with an experienced fighter ... "Real Housewives" star Teresa Giudice.

TMZ obtained a photo of the two kickin' it at a hotel in Rhode Island -- where the 43-year-old will get in the ring for the first time ever on Saturday night to take on Vince Lucero.

Turns out Teresa the table-flipper is in town for a breast cancer awareness event and just happened to be staying at the same hotel as Bautista. We're told the two immediately hit it off ... and even had a convo about MMA.

As for the fight, Dave's rep tells TMZ he plans to watch the Bruce Lee classic "Enter the Dragon” in his hotel room tonight because "it's the greatest martial arts movie ever made."
