Chris Zylka was involved in a violent encounter with Ohio police in a bizarre incident partially caught on body cam last week.

Police responded to a report of a man with a gun trying to get into a car last week with a driver inside in a residential neighborhood of Warren, about an hour east of Cleveland. The assailant was wearing pajama pants, but no shirt or shoes -- in 32-degree weather, according to police.

The suspect, later identified as Zylka -- Paris Hilton's ex-fiancé -- was found jumping around in traffic in the middle of an intersection. Zylka had allegedly tried to get into a woman's car and had been trying to break the window, police said.

A Florida woman was arrested Tuesday after her insurance company told police she made a threat using words associated with the murder of a healthcare executive last week.

Briana Boston reportedly had claims denied by BlueCross BlueShield recently, and called them up -- and the company recorded it. At the end of the call, Boston allegedly said ... “Delay, Deny, Depose. You people are next,” according to Tampa's WFLA-TV.

"Deny, Depose, Defend" are the words etched onto shell casings found at the scene of the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last week ... 26-year-old Luigi Mangione has been arrested this week in that case.

Worrick Robinson, Morgan's attorney, tells TMZ ... the singer-songwriter pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment Thursday.

He's been sentenced to seven days in jail which he will serve in the DUI center -- a program which provides "state of the art alternative sentencing for Tennessee DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment offenders" according to the program website -- after which he will serve two years' probation. He must also pay a $350 fine and court fees.

Christmas is the season to be jolly --- but not for one Massachusetts drug suspect who tried to pull a Santa Claus escape, but got stuck inside a chimney, according to police.

Tuesday night, police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Falls River, MA, prompting Robert Langlais and Tanisha Ibay to flee to the roof, cops said.

Ibay allegedly jumped from the roof onto a car parked on the street, while Langlais climbed inside the chimney ... but his attempt to evade capture failed miserably.

12:23 PM PT -- The gun allegedly found in Luigi Mangione's possession when he was arrested Monday has been forensically tested ... and New York Police confirm the "ghost gun" has been matched to shell casings found at the scene of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson's murder.

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the gun is being processed at the NYPD crime lab ... and said the gun matches "the three shell casings" found in midtown Manhattan a week ago.

As TMZ reported ... the words "deny," "defend" and "depose" were engraved in shell casings found at the scene.

Police say Luigi Mangione's fingerprints match prints found at the scene of Brian Thompson's murder last week in New York City.

CNN reports two law enforcement officials confirmed that information Wednesday morning.

It was previously reported a partial fingerprint was lifted from a water bottle, possibly bought at a Starbucks down the street from the shooting scene moments before the crime. It's unclear if that's the print to which police are referring.

The McDonald's where suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione was apprehended is on high alert ... police presence has been beefed up -- whether they want it or not.

Altoona Police tell TMZ ... they have increased patrols around the local McDonald's where LM was nabbed on Monday. We're told the additional eyes on the restaurant will likely continue at least until Mangione is hauled off to NYC ... something he's currently fighting in court.

Per the police, staff at the McDonald's didn't ask for the patrols ... but it is "common practice" when a high-profile crime occurs.

Olivia Ponton -- a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model who boasts nearly eight million followers on TikTok -- was the one who reported the burglary at Joe Burrow's Ohio home to cops ... this according to a police report, obtained by TMZ Sports.

In the documents, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office wrote Ponton called in the break-in at around 8:14 PM -- as 28-year-old Burrow was in the middle of his "Monday Night Football" clash with the Dallas Cowboys in Texas.

Ponton, the docs state, told officers that when she pulled up to the Cincinnati-area residence, she noticed a "shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked." According to the report, Ponton phoned her mother, who then called in the matter to cops.

The suspected killer of the UnitedHealthcare CEO began shouting toward media cameras as he was quickly rushed into a Pennsylvania courthouse on Tuesday ... where he will face his extradition hearing.

Luigi Mangione began shouting as soon as he was led out of a police van in an orange jumpsuit ... saying in part "... Completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people!"

It was difficult to make out exactly what the suspect was saying ... 'cause as soon as he started his stunt, officers roughly manhandled him inside.

4:47 PM PT -- Luigi Mangione, who is a top person of interest in the death of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson, has been ordered to be held without bail after appearing in court for the first time Monday.

He was charged with forgery, carrying a firearm without a license, tampering with records or identification, and providing false identification to law enforcement.

While he did not enter a plea, Mangione reportedly spoke against 2 claims made against him ... including the suggestion he was criminally sophisticated.

Mangione's next hearing is set for Dec. 23 in Pennsylvania ... though, New York state is expected to issue a warrant.

New video appears to show the suspect wanted for the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson ... lying in wait moments before the fatal shooting last week.

The video obtained by ABC News shows a figure wearing what appears to be the same dark clothing and gray backpack shown in photos of the suspect previously released by the NYPD, loitering across the street from the scene of the shooting.

In the new video, the figure lurks among vehicles parked on the street -- then appears to move swiftly toward Thompson. As we've previously seen, the killer emerged from between SUVs parked in front of the New York Hilton Midtown hotel, approached Thompson from behind, and fired multiple rounds. The suspect then calmly walked across the street into an alley, before fleeing on a Citi Bike electric bicycle into Central Park, according to police.

A motorcycle crash involving a Palm Springs, CA police officer left ten people, including the officer, hospitalized during an annual holiday parade over the weekend.

The accident occurred around 6 PM Saturday as hundreds of spectators gathered to watch the 32nd annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade. Dramatic video posted on social media showed the officer losing control of his motorcycle before barreling into a crowd of nearby people.

The police officer’s hand was reportedly severed during the accident.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told reporters Friday police investigators are looking into the possibility the gunman used a veterinary gun ... a larger gun commonly used on ranches and farms.

Kenny says this specialized, larger firearm is used for animals because, "If an animal has to get put down, the animal can be shot without" the gun causing a loud noise.
