Stefon Diggs claims his male sexual assault accuser, Christopher Griffith, is full of it ... and only trying to make new claims in their legal battle in an attempt to get more publicity for himself.
The NFL star filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, opposing Christopher's effort to amend his countersuit to add new evidence to support his claims against Stefon.
As we've previously reported, Christopher claims Stefon sexually assaulted himat his home in 2023 ... and then had members of his family and friends beat him up a week later. Stefon's denied the claims against him.
Christopher recently asked the court for permission to add claims Stefon defamed him when he spoke out about the lawsuit on social media.
Stefon wrote, "Mamas a n**** lying on my name because he got caught stealing."
A Pennsylvania man accused of raping an underage girl is facing 5,538 criminal charges ... and prosecutors say it may be a record number of charges for one case.
According to court records, 37-year-old Nicholas Allen Spencer was charged with a truckload of mostly felony offenses, including rape, rape threats, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, forcible compulsion, threat of forcible compulsion, and on and on. Prosecutors say the alleged victim told police Spencer raped her almost daily for several years until a friend convinced her to report the abuse to authorities.
Almost 4,000 of the charges are FELONIES.
Tami Fees, Clearfield County Deputy District Attorney, tells TMZ ... the eye-popping amount of charges is "probably our largest case ever" in the county and the same likely holds true for the entire state of Pennsylvania.
MTG was asked about the scandalized Senate hopeful on the show Tuesday ... where she seemed to imply the allegations were strategically timed.

Here's the deal ... actress Julia Ormond sued CAA, Weinstein, Miramax and Disney under the Adult Survivors Act in New York in 2023 ... claiming CAA knew of Weinstein’s repeated sexual misconduct and sent her on a dinner meeting with him anyway. She said this led to him sexually assaulting her in December 1995.
