President Donald Trump says Amy Acton's mom calling her a liar should be enough for Ohio voters to back Vivek Ramaswamy ... and he claims he doesn't know a thing about the rape allegations against her ex-stepfather.

POTUS spoke to reporters on the White House Lawn Friday morning ... and was asked about the recent Ramaswamy ad featuring Donna Arthur -- Acton's estranged mother -- calling her a liar and telling people not to vote for her.

A reporter then asks if he simply doesn't care about the sexual abuse allegations levied against Acton's ex-stepfather ... who was charged with raping her when she was a child. Her mother lost custody after the charge was filed.

Instead of answering the question, Trump did what he does best ... berating the NBC reporter and her network and repeating over and over that all that matters is Amy's mom thinks she's a liar.

Utah senior defensive tackle Jamal Wallace is under investigation for rape and forcible sodomy ... and he's been suspended indefinitely after being arrested for allegedly sharing videos of the alleged incident ... TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman claims Wallace forced her to perform oral sex.

We're told Wallace and the woman had been discussing their relationship status when he allegedly grabbed her by the neck and forced her to perform the sex act.

One of Russell Brand's alleged sexual assault victims took photos of him shirtless on the night she says he raped her ... and, in the pics, he seemingly blew a kiss for the camera.

The photos were presented in court Thursday ... and they show a young Brand wearing just a pair of white pants and a belt -- no shirt.

In one pic, Brand is leaning casually against a wall and smiling ... while in another he seems to have just blown a kiss toward the alleged victim and her camera.

Russell Brand's tongue was "lizard-like" when he allegedly raped a woman back in 1999 ... at least that's what the woman told police.

The alleged victim's 2023 interview with cops was played in court on Thursday ... and, in it, the woman explains she came forward with her claims after seeing a documentary about Brand's alleged misconduct.

She says the alleged encounter started when she and Brand were chatting after a theatre show he performed in ... she says he suggested they go back to his hotel room.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is being asked to recuse herself from the Cornell 7 case in a new ethics complaint ... after she showed support for Jane Doe on social media.

The National Legal and Policy Center -- a Washington, D.C.-based conservative agency that monitors the ethics of public officials -- filed the complaint earlier this week ... arguing James showed a bias before she was named special prosecutor.

On September 28, James posted on X ... "What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable ... To her, and to all survivors: you’re not alone. We stand with you."

The Cornell Jane Doe is getting a groundswell of support from across the nation as demonstrators protesting sexual assault are taking to the streets in major cities from sea to shining sea.

Washington, D.C., New York City, Los Angeles, and Tucson saw large protests Thursday ... with demonstrators railing against the alleged October 2024 gang rape of Jane Doe by 7 Chi Phi fraternity brothers.

During Thursday's demonstrations in Tucson, people chanted "no more silence, no more crimes."

They marched in the streets with signs reading, "Unite Against Sexism and Racism."

The former Cornell student who says seven Chi Phi fraternity brothers drugged and raped her claims folks are pressuring her to drop her civil lawsuit ... and they're threatening violence and even death.

According to the New York Post, Jane Doe has been hit with a barrage of threatening calls and texts since filing suit last month ... including gun violence threats against her family.

One alleged message reads, "Can't guarantee you'll be safe."

Another warns her to "withdraw the case" if she cares about her family ... and threatens, "Would you like to see [redacted]'s brains in front of [redacted]?"

Megyn Kelly is torching Olivia Rodrigo for backing Jane Doe in her lawsuit against the alleged gang rapists known as the Cornell 7, telling the pop star to "shut up and stick to singing."

Megyn went scorched earth on Olivia during a recent episode of "The Megyn Kelly Show" ... after Olivia voiced support for the former Cornell student who filed a civil lawsuit claiming 7 Cornell frat boys plied her with ketamine and then gang raped her at Chi Phi fraternity house.

The Grammy Award-winning singer wrote, "Shame on Cornell and on every institution who protects rapists and abusers over women. I stand with Jane Doe."

The University of Arizona has suspended activities at a slew of its fraternities while investigating accusations of misconduct by their members, TMZ has confirmed.

Chrissy Lieberman, the Dean of Students, penned a letter saying all 21 Interfraternity Chapters at the university received an immediate action notice of an interim activities suspension due to multiple alleged violations.

According to the letter, obtained by TMZ, the fraternities on suspension include Zeta Beta Tau, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Sigma Chi, Phi Delta Theta, Theta Xi, and Phi Gamma Delta.

One of the Cornell frat bros accused of gang-raping a fellow student apologized to her for the backlash she was getting ... before questioning why she was calling him.

Winston Lee -- one of seven Chi Phi members named in Jane Doe's civil lawsuit -- spoke with the woman in a November 2024 phone call ... she recorded the conversation, and ABC News obtained the audio.

Lee apologizes to the woman for all the "backlash" she was getting ... and says he feels sorry for her.

Protesters crammed Cornell's campus in full support of the ex-student who claims she was gang-raped by a bunch of frat boys ... with demonstrators chanting, "support survivors, expel rapists"... and it's all on video.

Footage shows an army of Cornell students demonstrating against the 7 Chi Phi fraternity brothers accused of drugging a woman with ketamine and then gang-raping her in their frat house in October 2024.

Last month, the woman -- a former Cornell student -- filed a lawsuit against the 7 frat brothers, identifying them by name as the men who allegedly had their way with her.

During Monday's demonstration, Cornell students flocked to the campus plaza, the main administration building, and the student center to protest how the university and authorities are handling the woman's allegations.

Jane Doe called frat bro Matthew Ingalls 3 weeks after the alleged gang rape to figure out what exactly went down, and she recorded their tense convo about consent.

During the phone call, Jane reportedly told Ingalls she'd had 10 shots of booze before she got to the Chi Phi house party, but you hear Ingalls suggest the opposite ... telling Doe, "You did tell me you were sober, by the way. You said you hadn't been anywhere."

But, ABC News reports Jane insisted she was out of it, and wondered how so many guys ended up in the room with them, telling Ingalls ... "If I wanted to take this somewhere, what y'all did would be classified as gang rape."

Cornell University regularly turned a blind eye to frat parties that posed health and safety risks, and after a Cornell University police officer complained ... rather than enforcing its own rules, the University relaxed them.

TMZ has obtained the rules that were in effect up to the end of 2022 ... it says if a fraternity violates the rule by holding an event which poses health and safety risks -- including underage alcohol consumption -- there is a MANDATORY interim suspension while the University investigates. In other words, the fraternity must cease all activities immediately pending the outcome of the investigation.

Furthermore, if the University finds the fraternity violated the rules, there is a MANDATORY MINIMUM 3-YEAR SUSPENSION.

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert -- whose political legacy was later shattered by revelations he sexually abused students while working as a high school wrestling coach -- has died.

The Kendall County Coroner's Office says Hastert died over the weekend at his Chicago-area home from natural causes. He was 84.

Hastert represented Illinois in Congress for two decades and became Speaker of the House in 1999 ... ultimately serving four terms in the post and becoming the longest-serving Republican speaker at the time.

One of the men accused in the Cornell gang rape lawsuit wants New York Attorney General Letitia James off the case ... arguing she's already picked a side.

Attorney Andrew Miltenberg, who represents one of the 7 fraternity brothers accused in the civil suit, is calling on James to recuse herself from the reopened criminal investigation after she posted a message supporting the accuser.

James wrote that what Jane Doe had "been forced to endure" was "horrific and unacceptable," adding ... "we stand with you."
