Kim Zolciak is keeping things moving ... seen driving in Georgia in her first public sighting since her son’s arrest.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum was photographed behind the wheel in Alpharetta ... days after news broke that her 15-year-old son, Kroy Biermann Jr., had been arrested.

As TMZ previously reported ... KJ was arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery after a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her.

Kroy Biermann has been spotted for the first time since his eldest son was arrested for sexual battery ... and he looked to be handling some business on his phone while picking up one of his sons from football practice.

The former NFL linebacker was seen picking up his 14-year-old son Kash from practice on Saturday ... and, while standing with him, he kept an eye on his phone and a look of concentration on his face.

As we reported ... Kroy Biermann Jr. was arrested by cops earlier this week after a girl from his school accused him of assaulting her inside a gym changing area in April.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's teenage son, Kroy Biermann Jr., was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a female classmate ... and now, his mug shot has been released.

15-year-old Kroy stared straight ahead in a black shirt with no visible emotion when his booking photo was snapped by the Alpharetta Police Department, as you can see.

We broke the news -- Kroy Jr. was arrested by cops this week for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery after a female classmate claimed he assaulted her inside a gym changing area in April.

10:54 AM PT -- Kim Zolciak is vehemently denying allegations that her son Kroy Biermann Jr. sexually assaulted a female classmate.

Kim tells TMZ in a statement, "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, for a reported sexual assault.

Police say the alleged victim -- a teenage classmate of Kroy and Kim's son -- and her father claimed the incident occurred one day earlier inside a nearby gym.

The police investigating 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak's son Kroy Biermann Jr. for an alleged sexual battery say they went out to the scene of the alleged crime to obtain evidence ... and they saw him and the alleged victim on video.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Alpharetta Police drove to the gym where Kroy Jr. allegedly forced a girl from his school to put her mouth on his penis. She also claims he digitally penetrated her despite telling him no numerous times.

The officer says he reviewed security footage from the gym ... showing the alleged victim arriving and later hanging out with Kroy Jr.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is firing back at allegations that her son Kroy Jr. sexually assaulted a classmate inside a gym ... claiming he even took a lie-detector test to prove it never happened.

The reality star tells TMZ ... "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."

Kim claims her son "voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed."

Tracy Tutor is moving from one Bravo franchise to another … signing on for the new season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Tracy has officially joined the reality series and will begin filming for the current season.

It's unclear whether Tracy will be a full-time Housewife or appear in a "friend of" role.

Tracy is best known for starring on "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles," which was put on pause a couple of years ago, as TMZ first reported. However, she hasn't stepped away from real estate and continues to sell luxury properties.

PK Kemsley is continuing his jet-setting love with London-based babe Tatiana Kharchylava ... because the couple is cozying up on a getaway to Greece ... and we have them on video.

Check it out -- the lovebirds hopped on a boat at the luxury Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel on Tuesday in Athens. They looked ready to soak up the sun, with Tatiana wearing a teeny bikini under a flowy cover-up, while PK let loose by unbuttoning his top.

Kim Zolciak says she couldn't care less about Kroy Biermann kissing Jillian Green ... but she's still taking shots at her estranged husband.

Kim and her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, were spotted out together on Monday and a photog asked about their respective exes packing on the PDA.

Here's the deal ... during the Season 17 reunion show part two, which aired Sunday night, Pinky and Phaedra Parks got heated when Pinky ripped Phaedra for ratting her out to "higher-ups" over Pinky having, in her words, a "significant device" to protect herself.

A source with direct knowledge tells us the device was a gun, and Phaedra wasn't down with the new 'RHOA' member bringing it up. To clarify, we're told Pinky was never in possession of a gun on set at any point and time.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley scored a small victory in her nasty legal battle with her ex-husband, PK Kemsley, over their $6 million mansion ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ … a hearing was held today on PK's emergency motion to list the 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home Dorit is living in with their two kids.

Dorit's powerhouse lawyer, Samantha Spector, argued in court there was no emergency … and the court agreed. A hearing on the matter is set for August 26, when the judge will go over the matter once again.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife Annemarie wants him to pay up ... she's asking a Los Angeles court to order him to start paying child and spousal support ... plus over $200,000 in legal fees amid their nasty divorce proceedings.

Annemarie's legal team submitted the docs Thursday, which were obtained by TMZ ... and she's requested he continue paying for the lifestyle she and their kiddos were accustomed to ... at least while the divorce is pending.

This, she said, included private-school tuition, driving luxury vehicles, living in a fancy home worth at least $7 million, and more.

She did not request a specific amount of support ... but calculated the children's monthly costs alone between childcare, private school, and healthcare are $20,800 per month ... and said the mortgage on their home is another $18,000 per month, bringing just those expenses to around $40,000.

Dorit Kemsley is back in front of Bravo cameras ... even as her messy split from estranged husband PK Kemsley continues to play out behind the scenes.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was spotted filming the upcoming season of the hit reality show Thursday.

Dorit's return to work comes as she and PK remain locked in a bitter dispute over money, their family home, and expenses following their separation.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, was allegedly kept in the dark about his Florida domestic violence case before prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue the charge ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources close to Annemarie tell us Florida authorities never alerted her about the decision not to pursue the charge in the case, leaving her in the dark.

As we previously reported, prosecutors said they declined to file charges because the testimonial evidence was not corroborated by physical or other evidence and was therefore insufficient to secure a conviction.
