Bob Bryar Nitrous Oxide Canisters Found Next To Death Bed

Bob Bryar -- the drummer for My Chemical Romance from 2004 to 2014 -- died next to a large supply of nitrous oxide ... according to the medical examiner.

TMZ obtained the autopsy report from Bob's November death in Tennessee, and the Bedford County Medical Examiner says the rocker's badly decomposed body was found next to three large nitrous oxide canisters.

The ME says antidepressant medication was also found at the home where Bob was found dead. The report notes the nitrous oxide canisters had attached tubing -- meaning they were ready for use -- but the ME stops short of saying the substance played a role in Bob's death.

University of Pittsburgh football player Mason Alexander -- who just joined the Panthers' team in January -- has tragically died at 18 years old.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said Sunday that Alexander -- a freshman cornerback -- was a passenger in a 2016 BMW that crashed into a tree on Saturday night on an Indiana roadway in an apparent effort to avoid an oncoming car. Authorities say the vehicle caught fire following the collision ... and Alexander was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi said in a statement he was devastated to learn of Alexander's passing early Sunday.

Michelle Trachtenberg was left out of the in memoriam segment of the Academy Awards just days after her shocking death -- and, fans aren't happy about it.

The in memoriam segment -- which kicked off with a touching tribute from Morgan Freeman to the recently deceased Gene Hackman -- paid tribute to many people who did pass away last year ... including Maggie Smith, James Earl Jones and David Lynch.

However, Michelle wasn't included among their ranks ... and, social media users are outraged by the snub.

Morgan Freeman paid tribute to Gene Hackman during the Oscars on Sunday ... remembering Gene as an actor who elevated everyone else's work -- and won the hearts of film lovers of all over the world.

The veteran actor came onstage before the in memoriam section kicked off to talk about his costar who passed away last week.

Freeman mentions the the two movies he and Gene worked on together -- "Unforgiven" and "Under Suspicion" ... and said Gene helped elevate the work of the entire cast and crew on both sets.

Joey Molland, the last surviving member of the rock band, Badfinger, has died.

Molland died on Saturday night surrounded by his family, according to the band's Facebook page. No cause of death has been revealed but he reportedly faced health issues over the years including pneumonia most recently.

“Thank you, Joey…for keeping the band’s music alive for so long and for being a friend to us all,” the band said in their statement on social media. Molland, who played guitar, was a founding member of the Welsh rock group.

Johansen died Friday at his New York home ... his death was confirmed by his stepdaughter, Leah Hennessey to multiple outlets.

Several of the late Gene Hackman's items were taken during a search after the bodies of him and his wife were found in their New Mexico home ... and TMZ has obtained the full list.

According to police documents ... deputies who conducted the search at the home took a thyroid medication, Tylenol and Diltiazem -- a calcium-blocker used to treat high blood pressure and other heart-related issues.

Cops also took records from MyQuest -- a healthcare website used to check test results, schedule appointments and keep track of one's health history. A 2025 calendar and two cell phones were also taken.

EARLY MEDICAL FINDINGS

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department held a news conference to give an update on the investigation into the deaths of legendary actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, this afternoon -- and, it sounds like Gene was dead in the New Mexico home for a week and a half before he was found.

Sheriff Adan Mendoza led the news conference as deputies continue to look into the deaths they labeled "suspicious" in a department application for a search warrant this week.

During the press conference, Mendoza says Hackman's pacemaker shows its last event on February 17 -- indicating that's when it stopped and when he died. Mendoza said autopsies and toxicology reports were pending, but he said both individuals tested negative for carbon monoxide, according to the medical examiner.
