Comedian Sarah Silverman is making no joke about how her brother died when he was a baby ... claiming in a new interview he was killed by their grandfather in a rage.

The "Don't Look Up" actress shared the head-turning story in her new interview with Rolling Stone, revealing she learned the truth behind how her brother died at just 3 months old ... after being lied to her entire life.

She tells RS her father, Donald Silverman, finally came clean after watching a Manhattan production of her memoir-turned-musical five nights in a row in 2022. Notably ... there's a joke in the musical about her brother Jeffrey’s death.

A Hollywood actor -- who scored roles in 'NYPD Blue' and 'CSI Miami' -- believes his daughter did not commit suicide and died under suspicious circumstances ... and now he's suing her estranged boyfriend for wrongful death.

Dwayne Adway filed his lawsuit Monday in L.A. County Superior Court against Makar Kirikov, accusing him of being involved in the death of his daughter, Daelena Mackay.

In the suit, Adway says Daelena and Kirikov lived together for about a year in an L.A. apartment and, during that time, Daelena "experienced multiple incidents of domestic violence" at the hands of Kirikov.

"90 Day Fiance" star Ben Rathbun is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Ben died Monday morning at his home in Greencastle, Indiana, where he was surrounded by his family ... according to a family source.

We're told Ben had stage 4 stomach cancer and he had been battling the disease since the end of last year, when he was diagnosed.

11:20 AM PT -- TMZ obtained the coroner's report from the Parish of Natchitoches ... Latonya Pottain died from "acute on chronic congestive heart failure." No autopsy will be performed, since the death is considered due to natural causes. Pottain was taken from an inpatient medial rehab facility at the time of her death.

Latonya Pottain -- best known for being featured on the reality TV show "My 600-lb Life" -- has died of natural causes in Louisiana, TMZ has learned.

Pottain passed away Saturday night at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center in Shreveport, LA, according to the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office. The coroner tells us the preliminary investigation found Pottain died from congestive heart failure.

Pottain's brother also told TMZ  ... family members visited Latonya at her home Saturday morning, and they noticed she was having trouble breathing. Her brother said Pottain told them she was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, she didn't look well.

The 3-year-old son of influencer Emilie Kiser recently died ... the boy drowned in a swimming pool, and fans are shocked and saddened for the popular TikToker.

Authorities tell TMZ ... Trigg Kiser was found lifeless in the family's Arizona pool on May 12. It's not clear how long the child had been in the pool before he was discovered.

First responders performed CPR on the toddler -- and he was hospitalized in critical condition for six days at Phoenix Children's Hospital, before he was pronounced dead.

A New Orleans woman is under investigation after allegedly living with her 600-pound son's mummified remains for months in a house now deemed a health hazard.

Barbara Hainsworth -- reportedly described by the City of New Orleans as a "mentally disabled elderly woman" -- was visited by municipal code enforcement investigators after neighbors made multiple complaints about the condition of the house.

When New Orleans police officers arrived at the house, they found hoarding conditions -- and the man's body. When asked about the dead body, local reports say Hainsworth explained, "That's my son. He died about nine months ago."

Prolific movie actor Joe Don Baker has died at age 89 ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ Sports obtained the autopsy report from the District 12 Medical Examiner's Office in Florida ... which listed "sequela of acute influenza A, including streptococcal pharyngitis" as the official cause of death.

Hypertensive heart disease was listed as a contributory factor ... and his manner of death was natural.
